We were there with 9 people at the end of September, the service was very friendly, always a quick comment, really refreshing. The food came quickly and everyone got their food at the same time, which unfortunately doesn't happen often anymore. The. The food was very tasty and fresh ingredients were used. Even though the restaurant was full, care was taken to ensure that no one was left high and dry. All in all very satisfied. Thank you for the lovely evening that we all enjoyed.

We came in for a German food experience and got it. Laura was amazing and Raymond helped us with the menu because he speaks English, he is a great host. I am staying in Strasbourg and came down on the train and next time I will do the same. Prices are very reasonable food is excellent.

Raymond and Laura made our first visit to Alte Zunft Kehl an excellent experience. I have an egg allergy so not easy to find a meal at a German restaurant but they created the perfect meal for me. My family had schnitzel and it was outstanding. Would highly recommend anyone to try this amazing place. 😊

We went to this restaurant from another Google recommendation that praised the schnitzel. Not only does the schnitzel taste fantastic - we ordered it with pepper sauce, which is RECOMMENDED - the price-portion ratio was also almost unbelievable. Half a liter of beer for €4 and a huge portion of schnitzel for €15. The service was very hospitable, good music was played, and we even received a can of anti-mosquito spray when the employee who happened to also speak Dutch heard that we were bothered by mosquitoes. A fantastic experience of German cuisine and hospitality, much better than the French overly expensive places with mediocre cuisine across the river!

Ich hatte Schnitzel mit Champignonsoße und Bratkatoffeln. Es war perfekt, ohne viel schnickschnack, dafür mit 2 riesige Schnitzel und einen Berg Bratkartoffeln. Auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
