Top Empfehlung. Leckere Schnizel und rustikale Küche. Immer viel los. Schnitzel sehr lecker

Eigentlich kenne ich das Holling schon sehr lange mit unterschiedlichen Betreibern. Meistens war es gut...heute allerdings waren wir nicht zufrieden...Schnitzel eher Schuhsohle...Salat...sauer macht lustig...schade, wir hatten extra wegen der eigentlich guten Küche Freunde eingeladen und waren leider enttäuscht.

Hatten 3 Wochen bereits Tisch reserviert... kamen an und es hieß geschlossenene Gesellschaft. Durften dann im Thekenbereich Platz an einm kleinen Tisch einnehmen. Bedienung war mehr als genervt, weil wahrscheinlich viele herein kamen, aber... Essen war leider unterirdisch. Kleine Schnitzel schmeckten ungewürzt mit hellen Pommes mega schlecht Selten so schlecht gegessen, nie WIEDER !!!

Lange nicht mehr in einem so guten deutschen Wirtshaus gewesen ! Nachdem Dominique uns bedient hat, war es wirklich so gut, wie ich es lange nicht mehr kannte !

Sehr authentisches Wirtshaus mit hervorragender Speisekarte. Das Wiener Schnitzel war perfekt. Der Service war super aufmerksam und freundlich. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ein entspanntes und ruhiges Mittagessen am Sonntag. Sehr leckere, wenn auch etwas reichhaltige vegetarische Pasta mit Hokkaido-Kürbis. Auch das Bier war gut.

Der Service war zwar nett, dennoch haben wir über 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet und als wir es bekamen waren die Bratkartoffeln so wie die Rouladen verbrannt, die Rinderkraftbrühe war überstürzt wie die salate. Es gab keine Tischdecken so wie auch keine Deko. Ich hatte die Schlupfnudelpfanne welche ich nicht aufessen konnte, da ich davon Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit bekam.

Wir haben 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet und dann war das Essen verbrannt

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und sind begeistert. Lange nicht mehr in einem so schönen Gasthaus gewesen mit so einem guten Essen, nettem Service und fairen Preisen.

Sehr (kinder-)freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Essen (Spinatknödel, Grünkohl mit Wurst&Kassler, Bratkartoffelpfanne, Schnitzel, Currywurst, Knoblauchsuppe (alles top)). Atmosphäre gemütlich/rustikal aber mit klarer, moderner Linie.

Gutes Bier, gemütliches Ambiente, gute Speisenauswahl, nur leider waren die meisten Gerichte, die wir bestellt haben, versalzen.

We had a delicious Schmidts snack there on the way to the Christmas market.

Yesterday I went there for the first time with a small group. The atmosphere, the delicious food, and the service were very good, and we had a great evening. It definitely won't be our last visit.

Very cozy, great and friendly service! The food used to be very good, but now I'm personally very disappointed. The meatballs tasted like meat substitute and vegetable broth, very uninspired, and far too expensive for the poor quality. A shame.

Holling should also be on your list for a visit every now and then, not just Rampendahl...and it's best to come on foot.

I can highly recommend Wirtshaus Holling; the food is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We were there the other evening. The food was delicious, the dining room was nice, and the beer was on tap. Delicious too...😁. We'll be back.

Nice ambience, delicious food 👌

A truly classic old Osnabrück inn with a variety of lovely seating areas. The highlight is the large round table in the back room. Osnabrücker Schmidt beer is also available on tap. Reservations are recommended for groups. There's also space for larger groups upstairs.

Delicious, down-to-earth food, a good beer selection, friendly service, and, of course, the rustic ambiance. Locals from Osnabrück know and love the Holling!

There is a good selection of draft beers and the food is homely and delicious.

Nice ambiance, but disappointing food. My pork schnitzel with fried potatoes, beans, and hollandaise sauce seemed to have thawed out, the potatoes were soft instead of crispy, and the sauce was substandard. For a restaurant with around 60 seats, it was clearly below expectations.

Delicious kale with sausage. It was really tasty. The food was served quickly. The service was super friendly, and the beer was delicious. We had a lovely evening. We'd be happy to go back.

A cult restaurant. Class reunion 5.0 at least. Always a pleasure to visit, both inside and out. Delicious beer and food at reasonable prices. Casual yet high-quality. Unfortunately, it's often crowded.

A quaint, traditional restaurant on the edge of Osnabrück's old town. Great food and good service.

Very friendly service. Two stars deducted for the very below-average veggie burger. €22 for a meager burger with no kick whatsoever and a pitiful amount of standard fries is unfortunately last on my comparison scale.

The food looked delicious, but unfortunately, it tasted of nothing. Service was average. Long wait times.

Great. Huge portions, delicious, and friendly service

I'm a frequent visitor to Holling, and I have to say I'm always pleasantly surprised! I was there today and discovered they also have an asparagus menu. It's truly delicious, with various combinations possible. I have to say the new slogan: "Holling, my inn" absolutely fits me!

The food (homestyle cooking) is excellent! A good selection of beers.

We had dinner there together on Friday. I ordered a veal schnitzel with salad and fries for almost 30 euros. The schnitzel was so thin that you couldn't taste any meat apart from the breading, which tasted like butter. Bad for the price. I told the waiter directly, but they didn't respond. SHAME Because beforehand the service was good. My husband had a pork med. Pan that was very good. However, I expected more for over 70 euros.

Last Friday I ate there and had the Brauhaus Gulasch. About 20 minutes after eating I had severe stomach pain and nausea. At night I vomited several times and had severe pain in my stomach. I suspect that the meat was stored incorrectly and had been rotten for a long time. It wasn't until this Monday that I felt a little better.

A great atmosphere. The cuisine impresses me, as does the excellent service. Even in stressful situations, they are always friendly and open to individual requests. Last year, we experienced a situation where a new colleague was being trained in the service department. Sustainable development of young talent is a practice here. The long-time colleague let the new colleague gain experience for herself but was still always there for her. One of my favorite addresses in Osnabrück.

A nice restaurant with delicious food and very friendly service...we felt completely at home...

We were there for dinner with 8 people. I had the top seller, the schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and fried potatoes. The only thing that convinced me was the salad. The schnitzel was too thin for me personally. I only tasted breading and it seemed to be from the deep fryer, the sauce could have used a little more seasoning, as could the fried potatoes. Too bad. The service was very good

The kale dish was not as described on the menu and, to put it simply, an impertinence. There were three dishes on the menu, each with a fresh and a smoked cabbage sausage. However, my dish "Kale Complete" only came with two half sausages and a fried piece of meat. However, when asked, the innkeeper emphatically emphasized that everything was fine. None of us had experienced something like that - impossible. Maybe the kitchen didn't buy enough and therefore had to share the sausages 😉

Went there spontaneously and found a place at the counter without a table reservation. The food was served very quickly and was extremely tasty. The service was courteous and relaxed. Atmosphere less rustic than expected, but very suitable for an "old restaurant" with modern accents. We definitely weren't guests there for the last time

Ordered kale buffet for 24.90. After half a sausage and a mini piece of smoked pork, the chef refused to refill the buffet. Sad. We leave the restaurant hungry. The menu said that there was a buffet to eat until you were full. Never again Holling.

Food and service very good. The ambience is actually really nice, but unfortunately very loud and, in my opinion, overcrowded. We were given a single table for two in the middle of the aisle, which wasn't nice. There was a very large group sitting next door who initially didn't even have enough chairs and had to sit very close together, or at least that was the impression.

We had pre-booked a comfortable place. First a corner in the cool vault was offered, then a corner table in the hall: coziness in the station hall. Salad was ice cold and drowned in balsamic vinegar, the bacon beans were little without bacon spread on the schnitzel. There’s still plenty of room for enjoyment…

I had reserved a table online for 6 p.m. for two people a week in advance. When we arrived, there was only one table for two, which was right at the entrance and at the passage for all guests and the waitresses. When asked, there was no other table option. We were also informed that we had to place all orders by 6:15 p.m. because then all capacity would be needed for a large group. The large group then came, had to completely pass us and took a seat at the "table" right next to us...at least until the smokers -passed us again- switched between the inside and the smoking area outside. This is not how I imagine a cozy atmosphere... The food itself was okay.

Food was great.... Service staff tried hard but often seemed unprofessional and overwhelmed. Plus point: charging the e-bike battery was possible I would recommend it :-)

Very tasty, solid German cuisine

Today we stayed here again with the old bowling club, chatted, had a drink and ate something. The only drawback, which the economy couldn't help with, was that it was too warm at over 30°C after 6 p.m. We had to down our drinks, otherwise the contents would have evaporated :-)

We were there for the May week when Thirty Toes performed. Service was very friendly and quick. The atmosphere is great, the ambience of the old, beautiful pub and the beer garden is just good. There are several good types of beer on tap, including Osnabrücker Schmidt's.

Everything is very tasty. Good kitchen. Price performance is fully acceptable.

First visit to this traditional restaurant in Osnabrück's old town. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Die Servicekräfte sind sehr nett und bemüht. Leider muss man auf das Essen 1,5 Stunden warten , trotz Vorbestellung. Und trotz Gerichteauswahl ( 1 Woche im Vorraus) war dann plötzlich auch kein Schweineschnitzel mehr da. Das war sehr schade.
