Alte Frieda Restaurant in Zerbst/Anhalt

Eine super tolle Gaststätte mit tollem Personal, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr sehr schmackhaftem Essen! Wir nehmen 1 Stunde Anfahrt in Kauf. Für unsere kranke Hündin gab es sofort Wasser, alle sind sehr aufmerksam.

Wir waren hier das erste Mal zu Mittag, aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und professionell. Essen hat sehr lange gedauert, es war voll und wohl viele spontane Gäste. Die Bedienung hat sich mehrmals dafür entschuldigt und wenn man offen damit umgeht, habe ich auch Verständnis. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Portionen waren gross. Preise sind sehr angemessen. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich beim Ambiente. Von "Zeitreise" habe ich irgendwie etwas anderes erwartet... es hängen lediglich ein paar Uhren dort. Es ist nicht schlecht oder ungemütlich, aber das Thema erschliesst sich mir nicht ganz.

Wir wollten eigentlich nur eine Bradwurst auf die Hand, da wir mit den Motorrädern unterwegs waren. Aber der erste Eindruck schon beim betreten der Gaststube dachten wir so "nein, nur ne Bratwurst ist hier nicht. Wir wurden sofort herzlichst in Empfang genommen. Das Essen hat eigentlich mehr wie nur 5 Sterne verdient. Alles Hausgemacht und mega lecker. Die Portion war auch ordentlich. Preis/Leistung ebenfalls 10 sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum Osterbuffet mit fünf Personen vor Ort. Das war ein spektakuläres Erlebnis... Denn wo gibt es schon klassische Hausmannskost Deluxe als Buffet? Die Auswahl, was man essen konnte, war fast schwieriger als am Käseregal von Kaufland. Und ehrlich, so viel kann man auch gar nicht probieren und essen. Leeeiiiider. :-) Also... einen riesen Dank für dieses tolle Angebot!! Ein dickes Kompliment dafür, dass all die verkosteten Sachen so derart lecker waren - und die nicht geschafften bestimmt ebenfalls!! Und nicht zuletzt auch einen ganz großen Dank an die Chefin des Hauses und ihr Team, die trotz des vollen Hauses immer noch Zeit für ein nettes Wort und einige Erklärungen hatten!! Man merkt, dass Ihr alle mit Herz und Leidenschaft bei der Sache seid. Macht also bitte weiter so! Ihr seid einzigartig, unschlagbar und fantastisch!!!! Herzliche Grüße.

Volle Punktzahl. Sowas von positiv überrascht. Da lohnt sich auch ein weiter Anreiseweg.

Wir waren sehr angenehm vom Ambiente dieser Gaststätte überrascht. Die Ausgestaltung verbreitet eine echte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, aber die Qualität übertraf im Geschmack und in der Zubereitung unsere Erwartungen. Nicht zuletzt bleibt zu erwähnen, das die Toiletten Luxusstandart hatten.

Mein Verlobter und ich waren hier spontan zum Mittagessen. Allein schon die Begrüßung war herzlich :) das Restaurant ansich ist wirklich mir viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. :) Die tagesaktuelle Karte war übersichtlich gehalten, was allerdings auch für Qualität der aufgeführten Gerichte spricht. Bestellt haben wir klassisch Schnitzel mit Spargel und Kartoffeln und Steak auf four mit Pommes. Es schmeckte ausgezeichnet, das Fleisch war butterzart, die Panade des Schnitzels super ausgebacken und der Spargel war on point und nicht zu weich. Der Servicemitarbeiter war super lieb und zuvorkommend . Wir kommen liebend gern wieder ! PS: Die Sanitärräumlichkeiten sind super gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Von Einwegkämmen, Einmalzahnbürsten, Parfüm, bis hin zu Damenhygieneartikel in fast allen Variationen - hier wurde an alles gedacht, was man nun wirklich nicht überall so hat. Das nenne ich Kunden- bzw. Gastfreundschaft und rücksichtsvoll! Dafür noch ein extra Stern on top ⭐

Wir waren in der woche da und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Haben erst dort Frühstück gegessen und danach Mittag. Das Ambiente und der Service waren sehr gut. Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch zubereitet und unserer meinung super gemacht. Eine kleine Karte für in der woche die super ist. Freuen uns schon dort mal am Wochenende essen zu gehen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

FRIEDA immer wieder. Was war das für ein Erlebnis, hätte nicht gedacht, daß es sowas noch gibt. Der Weg hat sich für uns gelohnt. Tolles Team, weiter so. Wir sehen uns wieder.

Ich habe am 6.9.2025 in "Friedas Zeitreise" meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Schöner hätte er nicht sein können! Alle meine Gäste waren begeistert und baten mich, ein dickes Lob und ein großes Dankeschön an die Küchenchefin Silvana und ihr ganzes Team auszusprechen. Das Geburtstagsbuffet entsprach einem *****Niveau: frisch zubereitet, hervorragend angerichtet, außerordentlich vielfältig, man schmeckte die Liebe, mit der gekocht worden war, aus den Gerichten heraus. Die Küchenchefin beantwortete am Buffet breitwillig, detailliert und freudig Fragen zu den Gerichten. Man merkte, sie wusste, wovon sie sprach! Jeder Gast war höchst zufrieden. Danke an die Köchin Silvana, Danke an die fleißigen Küchenhelfer, Danke an das gesamte Servicepersonal für die geleistete Arbeit.

Wir waren zu einer geschlossenen Veranstaltung geladen und sind voll des Lobes.

Ein absoluter Genuss! Fridas Zeitreise überzeugt mit saisonalem Essen auf höchstem Niveau. Das Ambiente wirkt sehr gehoben und stilvoll. Jeder Gang war super lecker, eine echte Geschmacksexplosion! Man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert auf Qualität, Kreativität und Frische gelegt wird. Ein Restaurant für besondere Anlässe, das kulinarisch begeistert. Klare Empfehlung!

Einmal im Jahr sind wir dort zum Valentinstag und jedesmal ist es ein Erlebnis Essen vom aller feinsten der Service Super und alle super freundlich wer noch nie da gewesen ist Leute es ist der Hammer. Probiert es aus und ihr werdet genauso schwärmen wie ich

Wir sind heute extra 30 km zum Lokal gefahren, da laut Google heute 12.01.2026 bis 14 Uhr geöffnet ist. Vorort angekommen und ist leider geschlossen. Zumal die Öffnungszeiten erst vor 12 Wochen aktualisiert wurden... Update nach Antwort des Inhabers: Keine Spur einer Einsicht dass es ärgerlich ist wenn man extra dorthin fährt und offen angegeben ist und es dann geschlossen ist: Ebenso ist der Kommentar ich zitiere: "Kommen Sie halt morgen nochmal 🙂🙃" Auch eher frech als hilfreich. Ebenso die Meinung des Inhabers zu meinen Rezensionen, ich bin einer der Top Speiselokal Rezensionisten (Local Guide) in meiner Region und dazu gehören nunmal auch negative Bewertungen, bei negativ gemachten Erfahrungen.

Wir waren bei der alten Frieda / Frieda's Zeitreise essen – und was soll ich sagen: Schlemmerkako-Schmackofatz vom Feinsten! Schon beim Eintreten spürt man dieses zauberhaft liebevolle, warme Ambiente. Alles wirkt stimmig, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Herz gestaltet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und angekommen. Das Essen war einfach perfekt abgeschmeckt, wunderbar gewürzt und mit so viel Liebe zubereitet, dass man jeden Bissen genießt. Lange haben wir nicht mehr so gut gegessen! Qualität, Geschmack und Präsentation waren auf den Punkt. Auch ein großes Lob an die modernen, sauberen und richtig cool gestalteten Toiletten – das rundet den positiven Gesamteindruck nochmal ab. Es war ein wunderschöner, harmonischer und gemütlicher Abend, an den wir uns sehr gern erinnern. Definitiv empfehlenswert – und ganz sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch. 💫

Wenn man mal etwas anderes möchte. Liegt sicher etwas abseits aber top was die Speisen angeht. Sehr guter Service. Man sollte aber vorher anrufen um einen Tisch zu reservieren, besonders am Wochenende.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit einer großartigen Küche. Sobald man sich im Restaurant befindet merkt man, dass hier jemand seine Leidenschaft zum Beruf gemacht hat. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich, übersichtlich gestaltet und wird von Zeit zu Zeit geändert. Die Speisen werden mit viel liebe angerichtet und schmecken einfach fantastisch.

Das war das ABSOLUTE Weihnachtsbuffet. Eine Auswahl von über 90 verschiedenen Gerichten. Ein unglaubliches Geschmackserlebnis. Selbst die Kroketten sind von Hand gemacht. Danke Sylvana und Team für das tolle Essen. Bedienung wie immer sehr sehr freundlich.

Very friendly owner and excellent staff. I was able to fulfill a special request that wasn't part of their usual product range. That's quite rare these days! The sales area for duck products has been redesigned. The new restrooms are also worth mentioning. They've also thought of guests with disabilities and parents with small children.

Frieda's is great sometimes. Everything's fantastic. The dry-aged steak is highly recommended. The elk schnitzel was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Once again, we made the 70 km trip from our hometown to stop for lunch at "Frieda's Time Travel." The reason is simple: outstanding food! Just like we remember from their previous location in Zerbst. Here, the food is cooked with love and passion. The restaurant's ambiance is also impressive. Thank you to the team for offering such high-quality, fresh ingredients. My wife and I know of very few restaurants in this price range nationwide that meet this high standard. We'll be back during Advent. Anyone planning a visit should definitely make a reservation beforehand. Keep in mind that where everything is cooked fresh, the wait times can be a bit longer. Andreas Arnecke

Yesterday, we drove 40 km to eat there based on a recommendation. It was advertised as open. Unfortunately, we found the door locked. The light was on inside, but the door was closed, and there was no indication that it was closed. We found this very unfriendly to customers!

We highly recommend this restaurant. We traveled all the way from Halle, and it was well worth it. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly, and everything was lovingly decorated. We'd be happy to come back.

Although it was actually an oversight, we googled it wrong. It was a culinary excursion with more than just good food. The waitress was alone (they went out of their way to help us and gave us great recommendations for the dishes), so we weren't on the run. We had all the time in the world. We also met the family owners and were given a tour of the factory outlet. At the same time, we were advised to visit during Advent (after Remembrance Sunday), as that's when the Christmas season begins and everything is decorated in a special way. If it fits into our schedule, we'll be there. We'll definitely be back. Promise!!! The journey from Berlin is unimportant. Greetings to the team.

I've always heard about it and finally stopped by. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was very attentive, and there was only a very short wait between courses. The restaurant is very quiet. Definitely stop by for a truly delicious meal!

It was our first time there, as we've been used to it from other people, and it's supposed to be very good. But we were kicked out in German because we hadn't made a reservation, the worst thing that could have happened to us, something my husband and I don't understand. There was still plenty of room. And if there had been, they could have written something on the door. And not let us sit down first. The cellar wasn't very friendly.

Intrigued by a friend, we went there for dinner today. It was very tasty, fresh and prepared with love. Even though it was already full, they easily provided two comfortable places for us. In summer, a beer garden under the pine trees invites you to linger. We are happy to recommend it.

A wonderful restaurant. The food is a feast for the eyes and the palate. The service is very friendly, attentive, and polite. The ambiance is very pleasant and tasteful.

So to note positive things, the food is really good and tastes good. So negatively, not having a vegetarian dish on the menu these days is unfortunately incomprehensible. We then ordered a dish and left out the beef, but it was still full price! A table was reserved three weeks in advance, would not be registered, and would then have to sit in some corner. The canteen ambience isn't my thing either, but the beautiful decoration doesn't make it any better, unfortunately. When it comes to service, yes they tried hard but well something goes wrong. Yes, I can understand why many people rate it so positively because of the food, but it's not just about the food!! The rest has to be right too. Small update to your answer. If only we hadn't asked. The answer could be that we should put something together from the supplements, but that wasn't satisfactory in the sense. And the fact that I don't like the atmosphere is my opinion and everyone can form their own opinion. And honestly if I were to honestly write here what I thought about the behavior of the staff then it would be really cheeky but I wouldn't!!!!! It's really sad that they can't handle criticism. It's a shame, as I said, the food tastes good, the rest was my opinion of the whole thing and that's nothing bad. Your staff is friendly without question! I rarely go out to eat and I only went based on a recommendation! Unfortunately it wasn't mine.

Yesterday we visited the restaurant “Frieda’s Zeitreise”. It was an incredibly beautiful and stylish evening. The ambience, the service and the exceptional, great food, which is prepared, served and decorated with so much love and dedication, caught us 1000%. We came across the restaurant by chance online and were there for the first time on Monday. We were surprised. An extremely nice atmosphere and super friendly staff. The food was to die for. We'll go there again tomorrow. Highly recommended

We were there yesterday with 11 people with a reservation and can only recommend this restaurant. The service was courteous and friendly. The time it took for the food to arrive at the table was also totally fine. The food itself was excellently prepared and tasted excellent. Dessert is also highly recommended.

There were five of us in Frieda's time travel. The atmosphere is modern and cozy. Each of us had a different main course. Each portion was very large, so you should definitely go hungry. Every dish was delicious as were the desserts and the staff was extremely friendly. We can only recommend Frieda's journey through time.

The visit to the Fridas Zeitreise restaurant today on Christmas Day was a highlight. The buffet with a very large selection of dishes was delicious, the service was great and the ambience was very nice. As always, we are thrilled, thank you.

Hello dear ones, without any special expectations, just completely normal, we arrived at the "Alte Frieda" today for Mother's Day with 5 people, of course with a pre-order. Overwhelmed by the great ambience, we were impressed by the friendliness of the service staff and especially by the freshly prepared food. A tasty delight with a seal of quality. We are happy to accept the waiting time again. All five of us, aged 36 - 87, are absolutely thrilled, can warmly recommend the restaurant and wish everyone who is responsible for this impression many more satisfied guests in the future. Thank you also for the “wave greeting” from the archway. We'll see each other again soon!!!

Food was ok. In my dish the asparagus wasn't soft enough. Prices, well... Very loud because there were a lot of people there.

First of all, a very nice atmosphere. We were there in December with several adults and 2 children. Positive: - Food was very tasty Negative: - Food arrived differently. Children's meals arrived 30 minutes later. We had a reservation for 12pm and the last meal came at almost 2pm. Ordering went quite quickly. It took 1-1.5 hours for the food to arrive. So it wasn't really relaxing because everyone was hungry, especially the children, and since the two children's food was delayed, a fight was inevitable.

Super delicious, we'll be back!

We would like to thank you very much for a fantastic Christmas dinner. We went to the “Alte Frieda” restaurant for the first time today on Christmas Day and were in a more than positive mood. An excellent, butter-tender duck breast with kale and the hare leg gave us a great taste experience. The dessert is a real culinary delight. The rooms offered us a great, tastefully furnished ambience, decorated with love, no irrelevant frills, attractive, just great. We wish the team all the best and love, keep it up! Heute waren wir zu einer Geburtstagsfeier in die " Alte Frieda" eingeladen. Es war wieder einmal alles sehr gemütlich und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Essen war einfach der Wahnsinn, leckere kleine Teller mit ganz individuellem Fingerfood. So viele Varianten mit den verschiedensten Leckereien!

Wir wollten am Sonntag dort essen gehen, sind auf's gerade wohl hingefahren. Leider haben wir kein Essen bekommen, nicht reserviert und sehr voll. Das nächste mal reservieren wir. Es wäre schön, wenn auf der Webseite stehen würde, zwecks Reservierung.
