It's really awful, you're treated disrespectfully by the staff, and the boss at the cash register is the worst of all. The food was cold and dry, and we had a reservation, but we still had to wait an hour for a table and then another 45 minutes for the food. The food was really expensive for the quality and just awful.

I'm very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I asked for roasted meat and was told it would take about 30 minutes instead of 15 – that wasn't a problem for me; I just waited and prepared myself. After 45 minutes, I went up to the front to ask what was happening with my order. Only then did the employee check the kitchen and tell me that they hadn't even started yet! Instead, they told me I'd have to wait at least another 30 minutes. This is completely unprofessional and shows that the service here is unfortunately not reliable at all. Even worse: This wasn't the first time something like this has happened to me at this restaurant. Very poor organization, long wait times, and no reliability – unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

The food here is incredibly delicious! It's always worth a visit; the staff are very friendly, everything is clean, and the food is often very quick. I highly recommend the shawarma mix or the grilled chicken, but the hummus is my highlight. The prices are very reasonable, not too expensive, and absolutely justified! We come here very often and love it. ❤️

I've eaten here many times – Arabic BBQ with creamy hummus, juicy shawarma (chicken and lamb), and crispy roast chicken to go – and the food has usually been fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The portions are generous, the atmosphere cozy, and the service friendly. However, I once experienced (and heard from others) that during busy times, burnt food is occasionally served. I hope they pay more attention to this in the future, because the food is otherwise really very good.

When we tried to order, he immediately said they didn't serve shawarma – which is strange in an Arab restaurant. I’ve lived in Middle East my entire life and have been missing an authentic shawarma since coming here. Luckily, I visited this restaurant one day and wow! Their chicken shawarma was so good and it reminded me of home. I have also tried their kababs and kabab sandwich (needs more sauce), which is also delicious. Will be returning many many times😁✌🏻
