Bruder, hier muss mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und Details gelegt werden. Wir bezahlen schließlich für unser Essen und bekommen keinen kostenlosen Service. Besonders die Löffel sollten gründlich gereinigt werden. Ich hoffe, jemand in einer verantwortlichen Position sieht das und zeigt mehr Verständnis für die Bedeutung von Hygiene.

Das Frühstück ist köstlich und sehr, sehr günstig.

Möge jeder Cent, den ich dir gegeben habe, verflucht und verboten sein. Ich überlasse es Gott.

Bitte erklären Sie dem Personal dringend die Hygieneregeln. Was bedeutet es, Brot ohne Handschuhe anzufassen? Man fasst Geld mit bloßen Händen an und dann das Brot… Außerdem landen Fliegen auf dem Gebäck und Brot. Es ist ein wahrer Fliegenschwarm. Normalerweise gehe ich immer gerne hierher, aber heute ist es eine Katastrophe. Bitte, wer auch immer dafür verantwortlich ist, kümmern Sie sich umgehend darum…

Ich habe noch nie ein Unternehmen erlebt, das so geldgierig ist wie Alibaba. Sie stürmen zur Kasse, um das Geld einzusammeln, noch bevor sie das Essen servieren, und ihre Hände zittern beim Servieren, aus Angst, einen Löffel zu viel hinzuzugeben. Ich habe das schon oft beobachtet. Wenn ich mich beschweren darf, dann soll ihr Geld verflucht sein; der Besitzer ist so geldgierig, als würde er es mit ins Grab nehmen.

Ich gehe oft zum Frühstück in Alibaba, weil die Suppen einfach unglaublich lecker sind. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, das Personal freundlich, und jedes Mal fühlt es sich an, als würde ich ein Stück vom perfekten Tag mitnehmen.

Die Speisenauswahl könnte etwas größer sein, aber das Lokal und das Personal waren hervorragend, tolle Leistung!

Wir haben hier mit unseren deutschen Freunden ein Frühstücksbuffet genossen. Es war alles wunderbar. Das Personal war freundlich, und das Ambiente und die Einrichtung waren sehr schön. Toll war auch, dass es einen Gebetsraum und Waschräume gab. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! ✨

Kuttelsuppe ist seit Jahren mein Lieblingsgericht. Ich koche ausschließlich diese Suppe.

Ich empfehle ihnen gar nicht ,wir mochten Döner zu bestellen .Ich kann gar nicht Reis essen trotzdem sie sagten uns, dass sie Döner und Reis nicht trennen könnten und dass wir in diesem Fall einen Aufpreis behzahlen müssten.

Das Essen ist super, es gibt viel Auswahl an Essen und Nachspeisen, doch meistens ist es im Restaurant sehr voll was für Schwierigkeiten bei der Platz suche sorgt.

Wir kommen nach unserem Urlaub immer hierher – es ist unser fester Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zu unserem Zuhause in den Niederlanden. Die Suppe ist jedes Mal köstlich und die Preise sind sehr günstig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

5 Sterne, weil die Mitarbeiterin mir ein kostenloses Pide gegeben hat und sie definitiv eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient. Abgesehen von dem kostenlosen Pide war sie wirklich nett und freundlich zu uns, und das finde ich toll, denn wir müssen mehr Freundlichkeit zueinander verbreiten, damit wir ein besseres Leben führen können.

Ich kann ihr köstliches Pitabrot jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Ich kann die Desserts, Kuchen, Eintöpfe, Suppen, Kebabs, das Brot, das Gebäck und Simit (türkischer Bagel) wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gemüsesuppe war fantastisch; ich hatte vorher schon mal ihre Ezogelin-Suppe probiert und die war wirklich köstlich. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Leider war unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist das Verhalten der Vorarbeiter gegenüber den eigenen Mitarbeitern. Der Umgangston war durchgehend unhöflich, teilweise sogar respektlos und grenzte an Mobbing. Schon bei kleinen Fehlern wurde sehr aggressiv und abwertend reagiert. Als Gast bekommt man diese Situationen direkt mit, was die gesamte Atmosphäre stark belastet. Es ist wirklich unangenehm, so etwas während des Essens zu beobachten. Statt einer entspannten und angenehmen Stimmung entsteht eher Unwohlsein der Appetit vergeht dabei leider schnell. Ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang im Team sollte selbstverständlich sein, nicht nur für die Mitarbeiter selbst, sondern auch, weil es das Gesamterlebnis für die Gäste stark beeinflusst. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Zusätzlich muss ich leider auch das Essen selbst kritisieren. Es ist wirklich schwer nachzuvollziehen, was für eine Art von Döner hier verkauft wird. Optisch wirkt das Ganze sehr unappetitlich und wenig ansprechend. Auch geschmacklich hat es absolut nicht überzeugt , weder erinnert es an einen klassischen Döner noch schmeckt es nach qualitativem Fleisch. Schon beim Anblick vergeht einem ehrlich gesagt der Appetit. Insgesamt passt hier weder die Präsentation noch der Geschmack, was bei einem so einfachen und beliebten Gericht wirklich enttäuschend ist.

Ganz im Ernst, es ist wirklich sehr gut, aber manchmal ist es ziemlich voll, was aber normal ist. Das Essen ist köstlich, heiß und wird schnell serviert. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Heute habe ich bei Ali Baba GmbH Dülma eingekauft und meine Erfahrung war sehr positiv. Alles war frisch und schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Auch der Service war gut, und die Waage wurde korrekt auf Null gestellt, sodass das Gewicht der Verpackung nicht mitberechnet wurde. Insgesamt war alles hervorragend, ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben hier Trilece gegessen, wurde gut verpackt und war sehr lecker. Die Karamellschicht etwas zu süß, aber kann man machen.

Es ist schwierig, nach der Essensbestellung einen Platz zu finden. Außerdem sind die Tische schmutzig. Es ist zwar Selbstbedienung, aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man bekommt Zitronensaft statt Zitronen.

Ich kenne Alibaba in Duisburg-Marxloh seit über 40 Jahren und war immer gerne hier. Heute wollte ich gegen 22 Uhr nur kurz Baklava kaufen. Leider waren offenbar nur zwei Servicekräfte im Einsatz, die sich ausschließlich um die Seite mit den warmen Speisen gekümmert haben. An der Seite, an der Brot, Baklava und andere Backwaren verkauft werden, kam jedoch lange Zeit niemand. Wichtig: Dort war keine Schlange. Ich war der erste Kunde an der Theke. Erst später stellten sich noch drei weitere Personen hinter mich. Trotzdem habe ich über 20 Minuten gewartet. Auf meinen Hinweis wurde mir gesagt: „Wir kommen in zwei Minuten.“ Danach vergingen nochmals etwa 15 Minuten, ohne dass jemand kam. Am Ende bin ich wieder gegangen, ohne etwas zu bekommen. Sehr schade, besonders weil ich dieses Restaurant seit Jahrzehnten kenne und eigentlich immer geschätzt habe. Ich hoffe, dass der Service wieder besser organisiert wird.

Noch nie im Leben so ein ekliges Dessert gegessen ich konnte es bei aller Liebe nicht aufessen

Immer hervorragendes Essen, Suppen und Desserts! Hier gibt es eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl ohne Schweinefleisch. Nach dem Essen lädt das Restaurant Sie auf Wunsch zu einem leckeren Tee ein. Freundliches Personal. Köstliches, frisches Brot und Kuchen aus eigener Herstellung. Ich besuche das Restaurant immer wieder gerne und bin jedes Mal zufrieden. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung vorhanden.

The food was delicious! What was completely unacceptable was the waitress, Tuğba. She was rude, her tone and treatment of customers were utterly outrageous. Even though there weren't many customers, she insisted we order quickly! As a result, I ordered less, even though the selection allowed for more. When it came time to pay, she demanded the full amount without asking. There were two of us, and then we had to correct it, which certainly didn't save any time. As if that weren't enough, she refused to accept the €10 note I offered. I had to put it on the counter at her instruction (crazy, I've never experienced anything like it). I think she urgently needs training on this issue, as customers will most likely go somewhere else next time, given the wide variety of restaurants on the street. Despite everything, I wish you many successful and blessed years on the last day of 2025.

When we've had soup twice, they say there's no tea and the glasses are being washed. If you don't want to offer tea, find another excuse. Are you doing this just to get us up? The soup is cold and doesn't taste as good as it used to.

BUT this time I received an extremely small doner kebab with very little meat. I've never experienced anything like it. And to be honest, there's only one employee who consistently makes this – and he's actually a very long-serving employee at your restaurant. You really need to work on this, and until you improve, I can only give you one star.

I have been coming here for a while to eat soup, the soup is ice cold, I guess they turn the heat down so that the heat doesn't go too fast. When I told this to the worker, he heated the soup in the microwave. The customers at the table next to me complained that the soup wasn't hot. Then I asked the worker for lemons, he said there were no lemons. The döner stand next to me was full of lemons. When I told the worker there were lemons next to me, he laughed in my face and gave me some. After the soup, I asked for tea, he said there was no tea, bro. The best shop. The soups and daily specials are simply delicious. We sometimes drive almost 50km just to have a soup and something sweet afterward. The sweets (baklava and the like) are also highly recommended. A MUST if you're in and around Marxloh.

Everything happens very quickly – almost too quickly – and as a guest, you feel like you're just being rushed off the counter. I think it's a real shame, because the restaurant once had a lot of potential and was an insider tip. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it in its current form. Maybe something will change again – I would be happy.

Marxlohund Hochfeld Alibaba is OK, of course it was much better 7 years ago, now that many people from Eastern Europe work there it has gone down a lot and the new Alibaba is not so great, the facilities are OK but no kebab or lahmacun, that has nothing to do with Turkish cuisine and I think the soups are overpriced at €7. I was there without ordering and got up again, no kebab or lahmacun, very disappointing

I had a dish of the day and six small stuffed vine leaves. The dish itself was okay, but unfortunately, my meat soup was swimming in fat. There was far too little rice, so I couldn't swallow it. The vine leaves tasted like they came from a can from the supermarket. It was sad that I spent €16.90 on them. My friends paid less for the same thing; I don't understand how that's possible. I only found out later, otherwise I would have said something, and my trust was too high, so I didn't do the math. The plus point is that the restaurant looks nice and has enough space.

Unfortunately, the kebab doesn't taste the same as before...the soups are still delicious...but another negative point goes to the staff who have been there for a while...there's no support for newcomers; quite the opposite: they're treated badly.

I visited this place on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't very busy. I ordered two doner kebab plates. The wait was about 15 minutes. I should mention that this is self-service only. The prices are average. My daughter didn't like the lack of fries. If you're on the go, this is a place that's a cross between a bakery and a snack bar where you can stop by and grab a meal.

As a Kelkite, I loved it! When I visited Ali Baba Sesam Duisburg, I literally took a short trip to my hometown. The stone texture on the walls, the wooden design of the ceiling and the trays... Every detail reflects the warmth and culture of our region. Even the plateau flowers on the table were like a piece of us. Eating Singaporean chicken in such a well-thought-out place that represents our region so well was another pleasure. Congratulations for this wonderful atmosphere where traditional meets modern! Congratulations, my fellow countryman from Bayburt!

So soup is no longer the same as it used to be when I bought it last week. Again the same inedible soup doesn't even look like the soup we ate before.
