The food that was delivered was abysmal, to say the least. A soggy sesame seed bun with three pieces of chicken and raw fries for €9.90 is truly outrageous.

Shawarma plate, falafel plate, and fattoch. The shawar meat was dry, the falafel tasted off and wasn't fried well, and the fattoch wasn't fresh...a real shame... I was hungry!!! The order wasn't ready in time; he said 45 minutes, but we'd have to wait another 35 minutes! We had a really large order, more than €160 for 7 people, and no one was satisfied...

The food is delicious, by God, and all the meals come hot. The best grilled chicken, broasted chicken, or shawarma is in all of Hamburg. Sometimes, though, it comes cold. However, it is delicious all the time.

Toilet is under the building outside, is not clean. Food is great delicious but the amount of meat in a portion ( for example Schawarma arabi ) is slight that i did NOT get fill at all.

I have been eating here since the restaurant opened. No doubt in the beginning it was one of the best foods you could find in Harburg. Unfortunately, overtime the team has become rude, un professional and very money hungry. The portion size has become relatively small and they have increased their prices for 2 times in the past 6 months. Highly disappointed.

I came from Norway and decided to try this place. I can assure you that I have only tasted this food in Syria, and that was 13 years ago. I highly recommend you try it. You will not find the taste anywhere else.

We ordered here for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, this was also our last time. The food tasted like it was three days old and had been reheated briefly. We didn't even try the aioli because it smelled so sour that it put us off the appetite. I had the hand sandwich, but the "chicken" consisted of more gristle and marinade than chicken. Therefore, I can only advise against eating here.

The ones they make at home are a million times better. The portion of food is small. The reception is bad. The people who work and open the restaurant are not serious. I don't recommend it in any way. There are many better and cleaner restaurants in Hamburg.

It was on my "For You" page for weeks – I thought this must be culinary Olympus. So: long way to go, high expectations. What can I say? It was more of a crash landing. The appetizer platter? More fat than finesse – unfortunately, nothing like what I imagined authentic cuisine to be. The first waiter: as attentive as a broken GPS. Luckily, a nice colleague came later and even gave me halloumi on the house – presumably to make up for the wait. The restaurant? Looks like a snack bar that's seen better days. Not particularly clean, the staff more or less in standby mode. Positive: You can pay by card – with three orders and three card payments, it's absolutely necessary (shoutout to the first waiter who insisted on immediate payment). The halloumi was good, maybe even handmade. The rest? Lovingly prepared, but unfortunately, there was little soul on the plate. Will I go again? Only if TikTok recommends the restaurant to me again in Arabic, with subtitles and a flashing arrow – and even then, only maybe.

For weeks, TikTok had been shoving this place in my face like an aggressive ad for miracle tea. So I thought, "Okay, fate, I'll listen to you!" – and made a special pilgrimage to Harburg. Spoiler alert: I could have just opened a bag of chips at home. The appetizer platter? Looked like a diploma in decorative arts, but unfortunately tasted like an internship in fat management. Authentic? More like "Middle East meets mayo." Service? Yeah. The first waiter acted like my request for advice was an episode of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." It wasn't until the third attempt that I ended up with a friendly person – who at least threw in halloumi on the house (presumably as compensation). Atmosphere? A cross between "We once had a dream" and "Come on, let's just cover the light switch with aluminum foil." Cleanliness? Let's not talk about it. At least you could pay by card – which is great when you have to order three times because you had to pay the first time. Thanks, waiter number one. Really clever. The halloumi was really good. The rest? Nicely presented, but the taste was unfortunately somewhere between disappointing and "At least I got something done today." Bottom line: If you're in the mood for culinary heartbreak with a payment terminal – go for it. I, on the other hand, will just keep swiping next time.

I swear to God, I swear to God. I hope I don't see my family. We took two grilled chicken meals. The chicken was grilled and stale, it had been on the skewer for more than four days. By far the worst food we have ever eaten. My mother and I didn't sleep the whole night afterwards with unbelievable stomach cramps. I have never experienced anything like it. We had to call the emergency doctor because we were constantly vomiting and had no appetite for anything for a day. The doctor said it could be food poisoning. The worst experience. Never again!
