The waitress, Tali, who has very poor German skills and therefore made many mistakes when taking our orders, reacted completely impulsively when we reported a few mistakes with the food! This also ruined our good mood and our appetite! We will never go back to this restaurant again because of Tali's abysmal service!

Premium pizza. No semolina flour. Stone oven fired with wood. Pasta carbonara with egg and bacon. (Ham and cream sauce also available) We were also very satisfied with the service. Update 2/25: I don't want to take away a star yet, but it was really bad there yesterday. Table reserved, five people. Bread only came with the meal. Service staff seemed very overwhelmed. When paying with a card, I was only given the device with an amount, without the possibility of checking the items. I won't even mention the warm beer and the restaurant can't accommodate literally half-naked guests.

Highly recommended; we've eaten here twice within a week. We received very friendly service each time, and the food was delicious. Monkfish, pizza, and saltimbocca.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the south

I only ordered spaghetti Bolognese... it couldn't be simpler, could it? Absolutely terrible food! Pasta undercooked, but the sauce was worse than the ready-made sauce from the supermarket! Bad service, unfriendly staff! No parking!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but my last visit was truly disappointing. The food was okay, the terrace nice. But the service was unfriendly and inflexible. We won't be going back anytime soon.

The restaurant is cozy and the service is good. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio for the food is not good, the main courses come with either salad OR pasta OR vegetables, no extra bread and the vegetables are not particularly tasty. Veal schnitzel very small. There isn't a big selection of starters, there's no bruscetta at all, the bread at the front was in the oven a little too long and therefore very hard. Nice restaurant with mediocre food, it's a shame!

We were at this restaurant on 12/30/24 at 8:40 p.m. We ended up there because many restaurants were closed that day. On the website there is information that this restaurant is open until 11 p.m. (a photo), after our order we were informed that this restaurant is only open until 10 p.m. We had ordered a large order, but the staff was very unfriendly and they pressured us very intensively to leave the restaurant at 10 p.m. It's such a shame, we ordered a lot of them And we couldn't drink our wine without the stress. I didn't feel like a guest there, but like an intruz. Incredible. This restaurant should have more respect for their customers. An order for over 100 euros for 2 people. We hadn't ordered one pizza and hadn't sat next to a pizza for a long time. Nevertheless, every customer should be appreciated by the restaurant staff. Even the customers just want to eat a pizza slowly. They are your guests. And they give you their money. We had ordered: 1 liter of wine, 2 bottles of water and 2 starters and 2 main courses. The food is too expensive and the quality was totally poor. The seafood salad tasted good without the recommendation of the restaurant. The SeeTeufel fish with the pumpkin sauce for 28.50 euros was a total impudence. My companion ordered the monkfish from the grill. Even without the taste. The chef was afraid of using the spices? My fish - very small piece of fish dipped in a soup (pumpkin sauce - should be), but it was something without the taste (a water-orange color). Totally a disaster. We haven't eaten such bad food in Lichtenrade for a long time. I was in this restaurant 1 year ago. Then the food and the staff were ok. Not perfect but acceptable.. But, I would never give 4.1 applications. Already from 1 year no more than 3.5. But now there is a catastrophe!!! Please do not visit this restaurant. It's better to cook at home than to end up there. Bad food and bad atmosphere. The good reviews here on Google were paid for? 4.1 for what? Maybe just that pizza is good there. I don't eat pizza. Here you will always find very good and friendly service. The prices are really reasonable for the good food. It's nice to have at least one place in Lichtenrade where you can eat well 👍🏻

Getting increasingly irritated by the bad service. Food is still really good but service is increasingly slow, unreliable, not friendly. We've been here hundreds of times over the past ten years, got Abholungen during corona, had lots of birthdays and events and brought visitors here but patience is wearing really thin.

The portion was too small for the price, not much fish. Pasta or salad is not okay. Both would be fine.

Italian chef's Italian restaurant. The decoration belongs to the Italian chef. It has such a nice atmosphere. Of course, I came here for dessert on Sunday evening, just before closing time. It was empty inside. And of course I drank my classic Cappuccino. For dessert, I chose 'Crème Brûlée', which does not contain alcohol and gelatin. I generally don't like the caramel part, but the pudding was nice and light. Although the coffee was not as good as the barista coffees, it was still good. It was an Italian coffee machine. It definitely had a better taste than coffee machines. And the waiter's attention was very good. He was a friendly gentleman. We chatted with him. What more could you ask for :)

Editing review down by one star. We've been coming for years and would happily give 5 stars every time but recently the staff and service have gone down. Food still excellent, but now long waiting times and the friendly atmosphere is gone.

There is no better pizza, not even in Italy. Basta. The pizza is absolutely amazing, with fresh olive oil and home-baked bread. It's cozy inside. I'm happy every time we go!!!

I have lived in Lichtenrade for 12 years and finally wanted to try the restaurant again. I was here once 8 years ago and somehow didn't remember it that well. So we sat down in the beautiful and cozy outdoor area. There was soft, pleasant music playing and you barely noticed any street noise. We felt a bit like we were in Italy with all the palm trees and ordered vitello tonnato and a tuna feta cheese salad. Both super tasty. The bread, I believe it was homemade, also tasted excellent. The rose wine too. The waitress “Nissa” was sweet, warm and attentive in a way I haven’t found anywhere in a long time. Dear bosses, hold onto them as I have read a lot of negative things in the reviews. It doesn't seem to be easy to find good staff. She forgot to bring us bread, but we quickly forgive her. That can happen if the service is otherwise good. At the end there is a schnapps or an espresso on the house. It is a real Italian restaurant with fine dining and therefore a little more expensive. But I skimmed the pizza prices and found them to be in the normal range. We will definitely come back with friends to order other dishes. Thanks for the great evening!

The food is delicious, both the pizza, pasta and tiramisu. However, the black-haired waitress is terrible! We've been there twice now and both times we were served by a long-haired woman with black hair and long artificial nails and have never experienced anything like that before. She can't even put the plates and glasses down on her own, you have to take everything from her. She also forgets everything you ask her and is totally chaotic. Every time we had to ask the other waitress again because she didn't manage to bring what we ordered for any of the courses, the woman was a complete disaster!!! Unfortunately, she also drags down the delicious food and the other polite waitress has to do her job too. That's really a pity!!!

Our favorite Italian. We are here every week in the summer. The terrace is really nice. First of all there is homemade fresh bread with olive oil. That brings an Italian feeling. Then it usually continues with tomato bruscetta. I love grilled sea bream, calamari or scampi. My husband anything pasta. We always enjoyed the desserts too. We find the service to be very good. We are always warmly welcomed and our little dog is also welcome there. Yesterday we had a small family celebration here and everyone felt very comfortable. We would like to thank you very much and look forward to the next time 🌸

We ate at Al Tavolaccio for my nephew's birthday, were immediately welcomed in a very friendly manner by the lovely Thali and served us very well. She even wanted to offer us a small table so that we had enough space as there were 8 of us, she took us with her Her great manner made the day, we'll be happy to come back, thank you very much to Thali 🥰

Tuna pizza was not tasty. Gnocchi were with sheep's cheese and not tasty either.

A very nice - obviously family-run - Italian restaurant with an appealing ambience! The food is consistently excellent, but the service is unfortunately very slow and unprofessional; For 7 people, the food was served at a considerable time apart, drinks and reorders were a long time coming! We got the last free table on Women's Day at short notice and without a reservation. Super nice service. Starter for two: Venetian-style veal liver, main course: beef fillet, pink inside, with pepper/Gorgonzola sauce and giant scampi in an orange-honey sauce. Both delicious and well prepared. Plus fresh, tasty cocktails. This is how a successful meal should be. See you soon, we'll keep coming back.

Nachdem ich seit vielen Jahren auf dem Weg zum und vom Dienst daran vorbeifahre, haben wir uns entschlossen das Lokal endlich auch einmal aufzusuchen. Für Gäste, die mit dem Auto von auswärts kommen ist die Parkplatzsuche etwas schwierig, aber es hat sich letztendlich etwas weiter weg am Strassenrand noch ein Plätzchen gefunden. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, wurden wir am späten Sonntagnachmittag freundlich begrüßt und auf die Frage, ob es für 2 Personen noch einen Tisch gibt, erhielten wir die Antwort, dass wir freie Wahl unter den nicht eingedeckten Tischen hätten. Wir hatten kaum Platz genommen, als die freundliche Servicekraft Stoff !!!! -Servietten, Besteck und einen großen leeren Teller brachte. Mit den Speisekarten wurde ein Brotkörbchen gereicht, womit auch die Bedeutung des Tellers ersichtlich wurde: Darauf konnte man aus einer bereitstehenden Flasche Olivenöl geben, um dann darin das Brot einzudippen. Der Wein wurde nicht in den üblichen Glaskaraffen, sondern in glasierten, bemalten Steingutkrügen serviert. Die waren etwas *angeschlagen* was aber definitiv nicht gestört hat, sondern daher eher authentisch charmant gewirkt haben. Die Speisekarte beinhaltet neben den Standard Pasta- und Pizzagerichten auch gehobenere, dadurch natürlich etwas hochpreisigere Küche mit Fisch, Garnelen und Fleisch. Mein Rinderfilet mit Knoblauch und Sahnesosse war einen Ticken zu durch, aber nichtsdestotrotz sehr gut. Für die Sosse habe ich mir den Löffel meines Mannes geborgt, um sie wirklich restlos aufessen zu können. Man hat dabei die Wahl unter 3 Beilagen: gemischter Salat oder Gemüse oder Tagliatelle. Ich entschied mich für den Salat, dessen Dressing mir persönlich aber ein bisschen zu säuerlich war. Mein Mann wählte nach einer üppigen Portion Suppe die Pasta mit Lachs, die beide ebenfalls sehr gut waren. Die einzige Servicekraft ausser der Thekenmitarbeiterin hatte den recht gut besuchten *Laden* sehr gut im Griff. Sie war sehr flink und sah zu, dass die Wartezeiten, die unter diesen Umständen nicht ganz zu vermeiden waren, auf ein Minimum beschränkt waren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

However, we waited 20 minutes until we had the menu, drinks were there after 50 minutes...Unfortunately my food was forgotten and so I only received it when the others had already finished, which is particularly annoying since it My birthday dinner was... A nice Italian in Mariendorf. The food is tasty and well presented.

I ate there again after over 15 years. The quality hasn't changed. We were very excited. We had mussels, pasta with vegetables in garlic cream sauce and a tuna salad. The portions are good. Everything was fresh. The prices are reasonable. We paid 70Eur for food and drinks + 2 desserts. Staff very friendly. And they are real Italians. We will be back.

Gute Küche, hohe Qualität, jedoch war unser Hunger zu groß, oder die Portionen zu klein. So haben wir nach dem Hauptgang uns ne Pizza zu dritt geteilt und nicht bereut,...weil auch die super lecker war!

Kalbsleber war eher gekocht als gebraten die Soße dazu undefinierbar. Die Gnoccis eher lasch. Die offensichtlichen Besitzer saßen in der Ecke und haben ihren Fisch mit den Fingern gegessen und wohl keine Ahnung wie man sich im Restaurant verhält.

Neben dem tollen Sommergarten war das Essen phänomenal und ich war froh, dass wir es noch einmal probiert haben- es wird nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen sein.Also für alle, die ihr in Lichtenrade wohnt: Unbedingt probieren 😋

Wir fühlen uns hier willkommen und das Essen schmeckt uns sehr gut. Wie "zuhause". Tolle Salatteller für die Familie :) und eine schöne Terrasse!

Hier wird auch das Brot selbst gebacken. Wir haben uns mit der Zeit durch fast alle Gerichte gegessen. Alles hat gut bis sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders lecker ist das Fleisch. Gute Ware und mit Lava-Grill perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht. Aber auch Fisch und vegetarische Gerichte sind toll! Die Pizza ist großartig. Knuspriger Teig, guter Käse und fein belegt. Ich würde sagen die "leichteste" Pizza die ich kenne. Die Spaghetti Bolognese....yammie! Es gibt saisonal auch Gerichte die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Die herzliche Bedienung berät gerne bei der Auswahl;) Unser liebstes italienisches Restaurant.

Der Service ist unterirrdisch. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ich war vor ein paar Jahren das erste Mal hier und wir wurden kaum bedient. Bis jemand unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat, hat es schon ewig gedauert. Als dann das Essen kam, hat sich kein Kellner mehr blicken lassen. Eigentlich wollten wir weitere Getränke bestellen. Allerdings war das nicht möglich. Und der Laden war nicht voll. Nicht mal die Hälfte der Tische waren besetzt. Die Kellner sind immer ohne zu schauen an unserem Tisch vorbei gegangen. Selbst als wir die Rechnung bestellen wollten, weil wir ja keine weiteren Getränke mehr bekommen haben, kam keiner vorbei. Wir haben nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten 45 Minuten gewartet und die ganze Zeit versucht auf uns aufmerksam zu machen und es kam niemand. Am Ende haben wir das Geld passend auf den Tisch gelegt und sind gegangen. Ich habe dem Restaurant ein paar Jahre später nochmal eine Chance gegeben, aber es war das selbe in grün. Zumal wir an diesem Tag gefragt hatten, ob wir draußen sitzen können. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das nicht geht, weil alles voll ist. Als dann aber 5 Minuten später weitere Gäste kamen, konnte für die extra ein Tisch nach draußen gestellt werden. Und die hatten nicht reserviert. Auch bei diesem Besuch konnten wir keine weiteren Getränke bestellen, weil wir nicht bedient wurden und um die Rechnung zu bestellen haben wir auch ewig warten müssen. Hier haben wir uns dann nach ca. 45 min direkt an den Ausgang nach draußen gestellt, um einen Kellner abzufangen. Erst so konnten wir dann die Rechnung bestellen. Wirklich unschön. Unabhängig davon wie das Essen geschmeckt hat, werde ich hier sicherlich nicht wieder hingehen.

Der Service hat sich wesentlich verbessert, man wendet sich dem Gast zu. Speisen haben ihre gute Qualität behalten.

Wir lieben dieses Restaurant! Ambiente ist super, haben sogar dort unsere Hochzeit gefeiert, es war grandios! Wir lieben unsere fast schon freundschaftliche und herzliche Servicekraft, es war ihr erster Tag und auch unserer im Al Tavolaccio, seitdem verbindet uns vieles. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr gutes Essen, nicht so viel und überladen. Tolle Bedienung sehr angenehm Ja das einzige nicht so gut ist es mit den Parkplätzen keine vorhandenen wie überall in Berlin.

Stets sehr freundliches und familiär geführtes Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Gerichten. Das selbst gebackene Weißbrot ist immer der gelungene Aufmacher. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort und empfehlen einen Besuch.

Das Restaurant befindet sich in Berlin Lichtenrade in zentraler Lage, hat keine Kundenparkplätze, so dass man auf der Straße parken kann Das italienische Lebensgefühl wird sehr schön übermittelt durch das Ambiente und mit den sehr guten und freundlichen Service-Mitarbeitern, die italienische Wurzeln haben. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut und absolut schmackhaft. Das Angebot ist groß und gut ausgewählt. Die Preise sind dem Niveau angepasst. Ein Besuch ist empfehlenswert.

Super Location, gut erreichbar. Freundliches Personal und äußerst gutes Essen. Große Auswahl aus vielen Exotischen Speisen. Zudem angenehme Preise für die Speisen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. 👌🏼

Das Essen ist gut. Der Service nicht sehr motiviert. Nicht gut ist, dass man das 6. Mal mitbekommt, dass an den Nachbartischen ein Schnaps aufs Haus serviert wird, aber wir erneut nicht gefragt wurden

Original italienischen Küche, lecker!

Wir waren jetzt schon zwei Mal da und muss wirklich sagen, jedes Gericht ist wirklich gut, aber die saisonalen Empfehlungen des Hauses sind wirklich besonders gut. Entgegen einiger Bewertungen „das der Service schlecht sei“, haben sich überhaupt nicht bestätigt! Wir hatten stets sehr höfliches und kompetentes Personal. Selbst Preis und Leistung sind absolut verhältnismäßig. Also wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Atmosphäre ist nicht einladend, die Preise deutlich überteuert, die Qualität der Speisen bestenfalls durchschnittlich. Das Personal wirkt wenig motiviert. Also insgesamt gesagt: Es gibt wirklich bessere italienische Restaurants...

Das ist mein liebstes Italienisches Restaurant im Süden Berlins. Bisher war alles was ich gegesssen habe köstlich und gut gekocht. Keine Pülverchen, keine Geschmacksvertärker. Das Brot wird täglich selbst gebacken und kann vorbestellt mitgenommen werden. Gute Weine zur Auswahl und besonders gut bedient komme ich immer gerne wieder.

Das Essen war gut, die Bedienung arrogant und lustlos, total überfordert!!! Kaffeemilch habe ich mir selber geholt, am Tresen sagte man mir dass müsste man ansagen wenn man Milch möchte die meisten möchten nämlich keine Milch, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Brot gab es nur am Nebentisch. Nicht zu empfehlen, da gibt es bessere Restaurants, vor allem bei den Preisen.
