Akko Restaurant in Berlin

Our first time was in March 2024. The best Arabic cuisine I have ever tried with my family, twice we ate in the restaurant and the other times we always took away, I recommend it, we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the food. The humus is recommended. The service was also very nice.

Simply the best shawarma sandwich I know. Point.

We ordered S2. It didn't taste good at all. The food was cold, dry and salty. The staff is unresponsive. It would be nice if the staff could also speak German. Cutlery was dirty.

Today for the first time with friends. The food was tasty, but a lot. :-) I took the rest home for my child. He liked it too. The employee was friendly and gave good advice, recommendations and explanations. Ambience simply designed, but pleasant. If I ever have the opportunity again, I'll come back. :-)

The biggest saver in all of Berlin. I've never seen a shop as unfriendly as this one. Napkins are hidden... because people save money here. Same with the paper drinking cups for tea. These will only be released upon request. Awkward ! So that the store makes €1 for its black tea. Super dirty and run down shop! Too bad... It's really diminished a lot.

So in my opinion it's the best shawarma in Berlin, the sauces are fresh and really tasty, the meat is also incredibly tasty and the staff are always respectful and friendly, 100% recommendable

Unfortunately my experience at your restaurant was very disappointing. The food was completely cold and simply inedible. The bread looked like it came straight from the freezer - it was ice cold and hard. The shawarma meat was particularly disappointing. The rotisserie was turned off the entire time and the meat was just warmed up a bit. This made it tough, dry and completely inedible. It seemed like a cost-cutting measure that came at the expense of quality. Given this poor quality, the prices are completely excessive. For what was offered, the money asked was an absolute disgrace. Such an experience is unacceptable for a restaurant. It was my first and definitely last visit. Quality and freshness should be a given, but there was no sign of that here.

Great, authentic Oriental food and very nice staff. Also very yummy Turkish chai (tea). The restaurant isn't cozy but the food is really good.

An oriental breakfast house...everything is served fresh, warm and extremely tasty... It's always busy and the staff are quick and friendly. Prices are very good...between 2 and a maximum of 10 euros Managisch (warm dough with thyme or cheese... from spinach filling to spicy paste filling... something for everyone... Hummus with or without scharwerma meat..fateh and foul musabaha all freshly prepared..the best part is many are vegan or vegetarian.. My favorite is fresh flatbread with thyme and cheese..

The boy in clean shave, is extremely rude. We had food on the table and he shouted on us to pay first. We used to go their but every time the mentally sick clean shaved guy on the reception shouted on customers. He said you can leave the food and go away. So we have to left the untouched food on the table and left just because we didn’t pay before food? We used to pay after eating and always paid with tip to other guys but this time the mentally sick guy shouted and said you can go on other restaurant. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and rude behavior from their side. They didn’t even apologize for misbehaving their customers. We are working professionals and felt ashamed Infront of other customers due to his behavior. Would Never recommend !!

Ich habe mit mein Freund gegessen Schawarma Nunmer 19 essen Kalt ungenießbar und hatte danach Bauchkrämpfe. Ich kenn diesen Laden er war eigentlich gut hat aber Stark Nachgelassen geht Schawarma in Neukölln Essen.

Einfach lecker seit immer. Ich bestelle immer Balila und eine Manakisch. Immer viel los, immer geil

Ich war dort zum ersten Mal arabisch essen und es hat mir geschmeckt. Preis-/Leistung hat meiner Meinung nach gepasst, da die Portionen reichlich sind und nicht zu teuer. Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Der Raum ist nicht beheizt und somit sehr kalt, es liegt überall essen auf dem Boden und wird nicht sauber gemacht. Ich hoffe in der Küche geht es nicht so zu aber meinen Magen ging's im Anschluss gut daher denke ich alles in Ordnung.

Den gibt es gefühlt seit 100 Jahren und immer gute Qualität!

Eckelhafte junkie mitarbeiter machen dir den sandwich so groß wie ein rohr verstehen die sprache nicht machen das essen so wie sie es haben wollen und deren hänchenschawarma wallah ist nicht geniesbar ayip was ihr macht macht mal anständige spieß ran junkie laden

Am besten frisch vor Ort essen, aber auch zum mitnehmen, Mega Preise und du wirst auf jeden Fall satt.

Sehr große Auswahl an arabischen Gerichte. Für jeden was dabei, egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder auch Abendessen. Der Schawarma Teller ist ein muss. Die Manakish sind ebenfalls sehr lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir bestellen bei Wolt immer den Akko Teller und der ist soooo gut ich muss jetzt hier einfach mal auch bei Google paar Zeilen schreiben. Mega lecker, wirklich. Super saftiges köstliches Fleisch und der Reis und das Brot und die Soßen runden alles zusammen ab. Macht weiter so.

As a very health conscious person, I eat kebab very rarely. But when I do, it has to be from here. They just season and cook everything really nicely here. I've tried other places and have always been disappointed. My husband and I just finished the longest run in our marathon training today, so we needed calories. How better to satisfy that need than to come to Akko and be served a perfect Chicken Schwarma and falafel teller, plus an extra bowl of their delicious hummus, plus enough pita bread to satisfy even the hungriest customer? The portions are huge, more than enough to feed two people, and cost only €15.

Ein sehr schlechtes Restaurant, das Essen war schlecht, die Kartoffeln sehen aus, als wären sie von gestern gekocht, und ihr Geschmack ist nicht köstlich, und die Fatayer haben einen schlechten Geschmack und sind nicht gut gekocht. Ich rate überhaupt nicht zum Restaurant

Restauracja bardzo klimatyczna z orientalnym i bardzo smacznym jedzeniem. Trafiliśmy tu przypadkiem ale to dobry wybór. Wybieraliśmy zestawy na podstawie menu pokazującego wszystkie potrawy. Jak wyglada tak smakuje 😀 Jeśli ktoś lubi taka kuchnie to polecam!

Ins Akko I’m wedding gehe ich nicht wegen dem Ambiente, wie einige hier bemängeln, ich komme her wegen dem super humus und den fantastischen manakish. Wer möchte kann seinen humus mit shawarma getoppt bekommen. Die manakish kommen knusprig heiß aus dem Ofen. Zu dem cremigen humus gibt es einen kleinen Salat Teller als Beilage und Brot dazu. Auf den Tischen gibt es Zitronensaft, Olivenöl und Chiliöl zu Salz und Pfeffer. Eine gute Adresse, wenn man ein kräftiges Frühstück braucht. Nachmittags und abends esse ich hier auch gerne den shawarma oder einen falafel. Die Jungs an der Theke sind freundlich. Frischen Tee gibts den ganzen Tag über.

Leider hat es keine Kreditkartemaschine, ich hab vom ATM Geld in der Nähe von ihm und hat 5 Euro mehr ausgehoben. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut, schmeckt auch super, die Sauberkeit der Tisches ist leider nicht ok.

Nice Arabic food is sold here. Manakeesh looked delicious though I've not tried them. I had the fatteh which was really nice. I deducted one star because they charge for tee where other similar places don't charge for it.

Had a chicken shawarma sandwich and a beef shawarma sandwich. On authenticity levels, the beef was how I am used to it back home but the chicken shawarma had a different flavor Overall it is 4 out 5. I am definitely coming back for the beef shawarma!

Der Laden ist etwas runtergekommen, aber es schmeckt sehr lecker und für unter 9Euro noch so lecker zu essen ist selten geworden in Berlin. Wir kommen wieder.

Just wonderful food! Magnificent fatteh that must be tried to be understood. And tbh to hell with the people talking shait about the ambience and the decor. Everything is true to its original and if you don’t like this old school Middle Eastern decor there are many many options in Berlin which you are more than welcome to over pay 5 times to have a lower quality of food in a more “palatable” decor.

Such a nice restaurant when I'm craving some Arabic food for a weekend brunch, especially mana'eesh, which is the famous Arabic fresh pastry, with various topping ranging from akawy cheese, sucuk, ground meat, Thyme and more. The pastry is freshly made, fluffy and very cheap. They also serve other dishes as a sandwich or a plate such as shawerma, falafel, kafta and fatteh as well. You can also grab a cup of red tea which was free before but not anymore at least. I will come back very soon for sure

Laden ist nicht so sauber aber halt war Okey essen Schwarma war gut.

Leckeres Essen, aber 10 Euro für einen Schnellimbiss ist schon eher teuer finde ich Ausserdem ist das Ambiente meiner Ansicht nach nicht so hübsch. Nichtsdestotrotz hat es gut gemschmeckt!

Super leckeres, frisch zubereitetes arabisches Essen; und das zu überraschend günstigen Preisen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich selbst bin echter Fan von dem Laden!
