Adana Grillhaus in Berlin

We were in the restaurant with a group of Heidelberg tour guides. The food was great, the service was also super friendly in a great atmosphere. Always a pleasure and as soon as we are back in Berlin we will definitely stop by. The whole meal was great - but the salad with the salad dressing - the best we've eaten so far!

We trusted the reviews and tried it. Adana wrap is really delicious. Its taste was like in Turkey. We went again for the second time. Two of us ate 3 Adana wraps per person. We paid a total of 72 euros. We came here after a 1.5 hour drive. The taste is very good, but unfortunately the hospitality is not like in Turkey. At the very least, a tea service should be offered at the end of the meal. But I went twice and neither time I was offered any tea. Drinks are unnecessarily expensive. On my second visit, I think a different person made the wraps. There were very few salad ingredients in it. If the price was a little more reasonable compared to the portion, I'm sure it could have more customers. Those who want Adana wrap should definitely go and try it.

Cacik and chicken salad was my order. I admit that my salad had a bit of a watery consistency but it still tasted delicious Cacik was a good refreshment for between meals that tasted like mom's. Cleanliness is definitely present. A bit stylish, a bit of an oriental ambience was interesting.

We were there for lunch and it was very cozy. There wasn't much going on and so it was very relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious. The finest Adana skewers formed by hand and grilled over fire. The waiter also gave us great advice and recommended things that were very, very tasty. We would love to come back 😉

The food was ok. However, the prices are not justified. Then we (2 people) hadn't even eaten, then a table for 4 was simply pushed next to our table, where suddenly 5 strangers were placed and squeezed in next to us. ABSOLUTE RUDE! We then left quickly. And we won't be coming back either.

The food tastes good and service is also friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not that big and there is a lack of space. What's more, the other guests talk really loudly and are careless. It happens that a child hits your table. Or couples come with their babies and the poor ones cry the whole time. After half an hour I was tired of this atmosphere and rushed to eat. Conclusion: Delicious food, prices still affordable and a very loud little restaurant.

A legendary meat feast and experience here at Adana Grillhaus. Every piece succulent to the very end. Came here for dinner as a group of 3 and ordered a variety of meats that I forgot the names of. Along with a few drinks, the price came to about 150 euros. Although the salad was a bit wet, the meat was the star of the show. From the chicken wings, kebabs and lamb, every piece was so flavorful and had a delicious char. Combining the bread, grilled peppers and meat, it is sure to leave your tastebuds happy. Overall, if you're coming with a large group or you just wanted to eat some delicious grilled Turkish meat, this is the place for you.

I've been a loyal customer for years. It was always very pleasant and tasty. But today was the last time I eat here. The reason: one of the waiters was in the toilet at the same time as me. He didn't wash his hands after his business. Wiped his hands on his coat. The guy prepares food for others. He was half bald. I hope there will be consequences for him.

I came from Stendal to eat Adana wraps here. The wrap was truly as good as the ones in Turkey and was even tastier than most kebab restaurants in Istanbul. OVERPRICED SMALL PORTIONS. 4 lambchops and a salad cost 25€. The lamb was overcooked and tasteless. How can you mess up a good meat soooo bad? There are many better places in Berlin to have authentic Turkish cousine for half the price, double the portion and triple the taste. Don't get fooled and keep you good money. They also kept pushing us to take all the plates (still with food on them) so that we leave. Infuriating.

my friend and I were forced to tip the other day... The food was amazing we loved it but when we were about to pay, the waiter forced us to tip by saying ''this is Germany and you have to pay 10% for the tip'' which is bullshit. Never heard of this ever since I moved to Berlin. He also gave attitude by looking at us in silence when I refused to follow his REQUEST. His behavior made us very uncomfortable. It is a shame that people do this at a place serving great food. I hope it is not because we look like tourists/foreigners that made him think it is okay to do it.

Food excellent, one of the best I’ve had outside of Turkey. Service was warm and welcoming for the entire duration —true Turkish hospitality. Would absolutely go back the next time I’m in Berlin.

One of the best restaurants in Berlin for meat dishes

Visited here as an American with my friend from Turkey for the first time and we were both blown away by how good the food was. Authentic Turkish flavors grilled perfectly over their open bar Grill they have right when you walk in. The staff was very friendly and offered excellent recommendations sensing we were there to try some real authentic Turkish food from Adana. I had the Adana with yogurt and tomato sauce and the sampler platter and everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection with multiple layers of flavor. If I had to recommend Turkish food to anyone in Berlin whether they are from Turkey or any other country, I would suggest Adana Grillhaus!

Located directly at the U1 Görlitzer Bahnhof/Kreuzberg, on the main street and with outdoor seating. With an open grill and very attentive service (black tea is always included). I always eat lamb skewer there. Muhammara is also nice and spicy. thanks see you next time

We came with the entire seminar team, 20 people, following the recommendation of our guide. We feasted. Food excellent generous delicious. Fast service. Lovely staff. In addition, fruit dessert dish offered by the house, delicately presented. Great time. I highly recommend. We arrived without a reservation on a Thursday evening, and luckily there was room. Everyone had a dish. And we had cold and hot mezze to share. The Turkish wine recommended by the waiter was very good too.

Definitely not recommended. We were really ripped off. We took the most expensive thing on the menu and asked if it came with fries or rice. The unmotivated waiter told us that they didn't have any fries and that all dishes were served with rice. At the end when the bill came, we had to pay €20 for four very small portions of rice, which actually included the dish. This is pure rip-off. Then please write on the card that there is no rice. So I will never come to you again and will definitely not recommend you to anyone else.

Today me and my sister had food poisoning. We had Adana kebab and lamb. Unacceptable especially when you pay 25+ euros per person at lunchtime.

I'm really the last person to hate, but advise anyone with common sense to avoid this restaurant with a wide berth. It can be described very well in one word, namely “rip-off”. The first time I hear that you have to pay extra for a small portion of rice for €5 is embarrassing. Unfortunately, the staff is very unfriendly, the atmosphere is not nice, and most importantly, the taste of the food is a disaster. In addition, the portions are very small and the price is outrageously expensive. A restaurant that doesn't focus on satisfying its customers, but on stealing money from their pockets. Luckily, there are numerous other restaurants in the area. I'm sure every other one is better than this one. Unfortunately, one star is still 1 star too many!

Authentic Turkish shop that has been around for decades. The meat is prepared on a charcoal grill. I can definitely recommend the Ali Nazik dish. I always have the mixed starter plate with it. There is also a huge selection of Raki varieties that I have not seen anywhere else. I'm looking forward to the next visit!

Arrived, felt comfortable, I would say. My first time at Adana Grillhaus and immediately fell in love. Since it was difficult for us to make a decision about our choice of food, we simply asked the service if they could do it for us. Right decision 😊 We wouldn't have had such a good time ourselves. The meze (starters) were to die for. Pastes, salad, beans... there's just a lot to try and get to know. I could have eaten my fill of that alone. Then came the incredibly great grill plate, full of ribs, lamb crowns, meatballs, etc. ... straight from the fire to our table. Everything was still hot and super tasty. For dessert we took over and ordered baklava and künefe (I mean... you can't do without it). Both were really tasty, but I could have fooled myself with the Künefe. I really liked the hustle and bustle in the street. One of the first beautiful, warm evenings this year and you noticed it. Everyone wanted to be outside. A very special atmosphere was in the air. This was by no means my last visit. I'm already looking forward to the next time. Oh and I would also like to highlight the service again. Super strong people. Every now and then I wiped the table and checked whether everything was ok. 5 points for that too.

The food was great and nothing to complain about... but the staff 👎👎👎 & the service was a complete disaster. We wanted to break the fast and had specified this both when making the reservation and on site. Our food arrived exactly 13 minutes before fasting, so the meat was simply ice cold until we could eat. That aside, several times our repeat order simply wasn't delivered. But something like that can also happen sometimes because they were very crowded. The coronation now comes at the end. As we were leaving, my sister slipped on the exit door steps and fell right on the step with her back. She could barely move at the same time the super rude employee was on his way outside to have a smoke. He then came to my sister and first asked if everything was OK. When my sister said that we had to dry the steps because it was very wet and slippery and there were children walking down there, he just said very cheekily: yes, it will be wet again because everyone goes in and out with their shoes on. Then my sister, still crying, said that it was very dangerous and that she was in terrible pain and that the whole thing could have turned out completely differently. He simply turned around and went to his colleagues and continued smoking his cigarette in a relaxed manner. So there is another bold ad.

Today I went to this restaurant with my family and unfortunately the quality of the food did not satisfy us, the dishes are too expensive and the portions too small, I read that other customers also encountered the same problem, almost all bones with little meat... . We ordered a bottle of water which, unfortunately, was not cold and the glasses had a bad smell… I'm sorry but I won't go back.

This restaurant exceeded all of our expectations! In none of the restaurants with Turkish cuisine in Germany that I have visited so far have I received such friendly service and eaten such delicious dishes! I found the open counter and grill plate particularly impressive, so you can watch the preparation process. As an Uzbek, I felt at home when I visited, and I would love to come back!
