It was busy, but that doesn't really excuse the fact that we were made to wait about an hour for our food and were rather rude when we asked about it. When we finally wanted to leave, we were also charged for the water and coffee we had while we were there. It's a shame, though; the food at the next table looked really good, but we probably won't be coming back.

My girlfriend and I were served today by the lovely Dumor. A super-loving waitress who genuinely cares about her tables and puts in a lot of effort. We had main course, drinks, and dessert. She did a truly fantastic job! :)

Today I was in this restaurant. I have never seen such disrespect and humiliation in all my years. The waiter was rude, other employees ignored him. And the manager was completely out of control. I would like to advise the owner to reconsider the approach to the service personnel and not hire those who have an inferiority complex.

I have to honestly say, the location is really, really nice. However, the service could be a bit nicer. The waiters look at you as if you're disturbing the fact that you're sitting there. I go out and eat in restaurants quite often, whether for breakfast or dinner, but I have to admit that I've rarely been looked at with such eyes. As if I weren't wanted... That's a real shame. Disappointing experience – not dog-friendly We wanted to eat outside one afternoon and had our small, quiet dog with us. Unfortunately, we were immediately turned away, even though we wanted an outdoor seating area. The way we were spoken to was neither friendly nor understanding – the tone was rather rude and dismissive. In this day and age, we expect at least a minimum level of hospitality – especially outside, having a dog with us shouldn't be a problem. Absolutely not recommended for dog owners. We moved on immediately and were warmly welcomed elsewhere.

This is a whole other league of desserts. We had Dubai cheesecake (or whatever it was called), sweet pudding, crème brûlée, and tea, and every dessert was perfect. Our friend, who had the cheesecake and has already eaten a few, was especially blown away.

Baked Potato is 9.90€, it is already quite expensive, now they have added this to the mix, if you want more than five types of salad, after the fifth one, they ask for 90 cents per salad... So, what a shame...

Unfortunately, kumpir is very overrated here. Çarık Kuruyemiş, the professional baked potato maker on Kottbusser Damm, has been there for over 20 years and was the very first in all of Berlin. There, the price is €7.50, and you can add as many salads as you like. A good and tasty, homemade selection of salads and toppings is definitely there. In my opinion, the very best kumpir is at Çarık Kuruyemiş. But if you want more than just kumpir, Café Peri definitely has more options.

Last time I was at cafe Peri I left dissatisfied with their service, manners and menu as they were quite unfriendly, ignored us for a long time until they came for the order. As a person that follows a vegan diet there was almost nothing for me to eat and they did not offer any compromise. I gave them 1 star and the owner had it removed for defamation, just like I assume he did with the other 1 star reviews that are now missing. I would suggest instead of spending your time trying to silence the truth, work on improving your business and the staff behaviour.

Found a big toe nail in the kumpir. Disgusting. Why would you do that to someone? I have reported, expect a visit from standards soon as I have photos.

Last time my Çay tasted like water and we had to ask 4 times where our dessert was. Even when it came to paying, the only statement made was “My colleague will take care of it.” I heard this about 3 times and after half an hour I had to go to “the colleague” who was responsible for our table and ask for payment. The prices have also increased significantly, but unfortunately that's not understandable for what we got.
