Unfortunately, after I arrived at the restaurant and ordered the drinks, I was informed that there would be no gyros today. But I was told that I could order anything else, so I ordered the chicken breast with broccoli. Unfortunately, while eating the broccoli, I noticed a very bad bite in the broccoli, which spoiled my appetite for the broccoli. The kitchen really disappointed me! The waiter tried very hard to apologize for the missing gyros. Ambiance was nice but not important in my opinion. In the end I had to wait a long time for the waiter to come with the bill even though the shop had already clearly sold out.

Went to the restaurant at 8:20 p.m., were warmly welcomed and shown straight to a table. The question of what we would take also came quickly. After a short time after the food was ordered. The waiter came back and explained to us that there would be no more gyros. We were offered to get more of other things with our dishes. This was also true, but instead of being promised that, there were other things instead of the things that had been discussed. The service was also very poor. After our table was cleared, it took more than 20 minutes until someone came back to us to ask if there was anything else we wanted and we were finally able to ask for the bill. Overall ok but we won't come here again

Delicious food at normal prices

We go there very, very often and very much enjoy it. We love this store, the people, the boss and the employees there. We are always well served, cared for and are always satisfied, even if something doesn't fit, it will be made right. Ambiance and everything just fits together so well. It's nice that you all exist. See you soon and we come to you very hungry 🫵

Many thanks to the boss and the great team. We set up spontaneously and had a lovely evening with wonderful food. We would be happy to stop by again the next time we visit the Elbe.

We were staying at the hotel nearby and noticed the restaurant while walking because it looked so inviting. We weren't disappointed: great, friendly service, high-quality and delicious food and a nice atmosphere. We felt very comfortable.

Unfortunately it wasn't so good this time. Saturday, the store was very full and there was chaos among the employees. Apparently something went wrong. The service was unstructured and unfortunately hectic, with very long waiting times for food. The food was significantly worse than usual. Dessert came just as we were about to pay. So we won't come back.

Great restaurant in a wonderful location. First-class service, family atmosphere and the very best food. Warm, tasty, delivered quickly, very good value for money. Short: I'm overwhelmed and will come back more often!

After a long time we were back at the Achilleon - 2. The staff has changed a little in the meantime, but their Greek hospitality has by no means changed. The food was also first class, as always. Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared and served, very tasty! The obligatory mild ouzo is still served before and after the meal. Jámas and thank you very much, the Symeonidis family, for enriching our beautiful Kirchwerder with your culinary delicacies for 7 years now.

Have eaten better in advance. Food was still ok. But there is more outside! Unge cared for and carelessly designed. The drinks took a long time. And something was always forgotten to eat. First the cutlery, then the tzatziki didn't come, nor did the bread. So that's much better.

Waited 1 hour for the salad. After 1 3/4 hours the main course came for 4 of 6 people. After 2 hours for the other two. But the calamari of the last two were unfortunately raw. Let's be honest: If I don't have any staff, I'll reduce the number of tables and not put off the starving guests with lame excuses.

Stale bread from the day before was served. Food quality not good. Service overwhelmed.

There is nothing, nothing at all to complain about. The meal was a delight. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are very fair and reasonable. We can easily recommend this restaurant. Update (08/23/2024): We were back today after May 2024. Although we had not pre-ordered and the restaurant was only open today after the holiday break, we got a table after a short wait. The food was again excellent. Conclusion: All in all it was worth a visit again. A special thanks to the boss. Greetings from the people of Düsseldorf (boss, you know who from 🫶😉)

Birthday dinner was planned. The website said the place was open. The answering machine told us that the staff was busy serving guests. When we arrived we were very disappointed. It would be good if you could see straight away whether you can eat there.

Typical Greek hospitality in a very nice atmosphere! The dishes were all perfectly prepared and it was delicious across the board! We were guests for three days in a row and were always very satisfied. Ouzo on the house is also available every now and then and the bill is often cheaper than expected!😚Thank you very much for that. If we are in HH again, we would be happy to come by again👌

Mega tasty and super friendly staff. The portions are reasonable and you will definitely feel full. Of course there is also one or two Uzos.

Wine wasn't good, service wasn't good, items were only brought individually after minutes, no ouzo was given. Overall, the Achileon 1 in Bergedorf is better in everything. Ice cream taken straight from the Cremissimo box

Very nice staff, exuberant hospitality, very tasty food. A good alternative to the €99.00 Tomahawk Steak and other high-priced delicacies in the hotel.

The restaurant has a nice terrace where we ate. The service was very quick and nice. We each had a grill plate and the meat was generally too well done (too dry) for us, but the tastes are different. Otherwise, the portions were quite large and the salad was very tasty. Beforehand there was an ouzo on the house. We will definitely come back again.

Very friendly service, delicious Greek food. Here in Kirchwerder in front of the dike, ate on a bike tour. I would love to come back here. Went back yesterday and had main courses here too. Portions very large, gyros/lamb fillet eaten on cream spinach, everything incredibly tasty, very good value for money.

Tut mir leid, bin sehr enttäuscht. Waren zur Familiefeier geladen. Das Büfett im 3gang Abends war kalt, das Fleisch war zähe, Gemüse naja. Nachtisch kam garnicht. Die meisten Gäste sind dann gegangen. Eigentlich Schade. Haben uns mehr davon versprochen. Die Überzüge brauchen auch mal einen Waschgang. Die Flecken waren nicht zu übersehen. Schade, Schade!!!!!

Tribe Greek! If Greek, then there. Always tasty, always full, always nice, always an ouzo ;) If it is very busy, a small thing may go unnoticed - but upon request it will be remedied straight away. To take with you if you don't feel like being around people, it also works smoothly. Starters salad is awesome. Lamb fillets in Gorgonzola - a dream. It's a pleasure :)

I can only recommend the Achilleon 2. We celebrated our confirmation ceremony there. As always, the food there is delicious and plentiful. What a delicious culinary delight. The service was absolutely great. Very accommodating and friendly. We were there for almost 5 hours and we didn't miss anything. Thank you again. We always enjoy coming back.

Haben eine sehr aufmerksame Bedienung erfahren. Takis hat einen super Service gemacht und der Ouzo ging aufs Haus, so wie bei einem guten Griechen üblich. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Die Leber in Weißwein Sauce hervorragend und auch die Dorade, die meine Frau bestellt hatte, war sehr gut. Die Portionen sind sehr großzügig bemessen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend draußen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

We only knew the restaurant in Bergedorf, today for the first time in the Achilleon 2 and I have to say the food was simply great, hospitable and attentive, simply great. We were immediately recognized by the owner, a nice feeling of not being just another guest. We'll definitely be back.

Went there spontaneously and were there half an hour early. That wasn't a problem at all! A super friendly, cheerful man welcomed us. The quality of the food was great and the price was absolutely convincing for the huge portion we had. We go there regularly now. Really only recommended!!

We were here for the first time today and we are absolutely thrilled. Great service and very tasty food. Not at all garlic and oil heavy for us. The dessert “Halwa with vanilla ice cream” was awesome 😍 I love it. Thank you for the great evening, we felt very comfortable. Great family business where you can see the smile in the eyes of the employees and you can tell that they are happy and enjoy their job. We would love to come back and have become new regular guests today. The food was very tasty and the restaurant is clean and cozy. We ordered one of the meals completely without garlic, unfortunately it still came with garlic. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food and the staff were mostly nice, but some were rather rude. When I was clearing up I said I would like to finish my fries, then my fork was simply put on the plate and my plate was taken away in annoyance... They are super friendly towards children here! Lütte was given a huge ice cream for dessert.

Haben vorher angerufen und sind spontan hin. Super leckere Küche und tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend . Parkplätze vorhanden . Hinweis!Toiletten sind im Keller ( nicht behindertengerecht)Extra Wünsche sind auch gar kein Problem. Wasser steht immer auf dem Tisch. Wir kommen wieder !
