At a themed staff party, we enjoyed excellent and attentive service and an exceptionally delicious buffet. All in all, a fantastic evening in a perfect atmosphere.

I was there today with a large event of about 120 people. The lunch buffet was very good, the staff very friendly. I can recommend it. Inge P

There were four of us there to see a comedian. A very dedicated service both before and during the break. Friendly despite stress, great currywurst and the beer at the perfect temperature. We then affectionately named one of the service staff “Krake”. How you can pour out so many drinks so quickly during a break - I swear she still had extra arms under her sweater! Thank you very much for the evening, gladly again.

The team is incredibly nice and very friendly. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The service is top-notch – a thoroughly pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

My overall impression was extremely disappointing. It was more exhausting trying to get the staff's attention than trying to get a metal drummer's attention during a solo at a million-person concert while standing in the back row of the stands. I suspect it would have been easier to get my conservative family's attention for my depression. When we were finally spotted before the next ice age descended (we had to shout and wave across tables several times) and our order was taken, we waited until the next ice age would have arrived had climate change not occurred. Well, just as we were about to eat the menu as an appetizer and wondered if the different colors tasted different, we were rescued with two burgers and fries. Only then to realize that starving to death wouldn't have been so bad after all. I'll start with the positive: the ketchup for the fries was okay. Now for the negative (abridged version): the fries were only half-cooked and either unsalted or had clumps of salt stuck to them. The mayo tasted slimy. The chili burger, from top to bottom, consisted of these components, in terms of taste: a soggy burger bun as the bottom layer, thin slices of cucumber, lettuce (which together constituted the main part of the flavor), a chili sauce that was mildly spicy but otherwise had no flavor of its own, a patty of ground beef as dry and rough as gravel, a smear of cheese, the again disappointing sauce, and then a burger bun that was more desolate and brittle than most bridges in Germany. I won't even mention the fries, which I probably could have made better in an oven. It wasn't worth the time we spent waiting, nor the time we missed waiting to pay. I couldn't even answer whether I had enjoyed it. Whether it was because this behavior seemed so surreal after such disrespectful treatment of our time, whether I couldn't help but lash out, or whether my vocal cords simply crumbled to dust along with the sands of time, I can't quite say. ] ... But what I can say is that at a restaurant where only a quarter of the seats were occupied, with 5-6 different waiters milling about, and located at a large official event venue, I clearly expected more than spending almost two hours there for a terrible meal that I managed to eat in 15 of those hours. I could have taken the bus to McDonald's in Geisweid, ordered something, and come back, but at least I would have been satisfied with my meal for the price.

We waited a full 1.5 hours for our currywurst with fries and pasta with pesto. The currywurst itself was okay, but the fries weren't salted. The pasta was an absolute disaster! Completely drowned in oil and sauce and utterly inedible. On the other hand, the service was exceptionally friendly and took our feedback seriously.

Graduation party For a festive occasion, the food and hospitality must also be appropriate. Restroom facilities are worse than those at a rest stop.

Waited a long time (2 hours), pizza burned, service staff overwhelmed

Rarely have we waited so long for such an overpriced, poorly topped pizza. 2.5 hours???? Sure, we were a larger group, but we had reservations, and this restaurant is in the Siegerlandhalle. NEVER AGAIN

The organization of Radio Siegen's cult hit parade was a disaster. I've never experienced such poor planning. The management has probably never organized a major event before. Embarrassing.

Underground last night. It was already a disaster at Konekt, but the cult hit party was really bad. Please quit and give someone the chance to make something of the Siegerlandhalle.

You didn't have any big parties, did you? What was on display at the cult hit party yesterday was truly underground. The bar concept was completely misplanned and not designed for parties of this size. Maybe the boss should just educate himself and watch how it's done at major events or festivals. The poor employees yesterday had to work really hard to spoon out the soup. It's a shame that Radio Siegen's mega planning for this party was so ruined by you.
