Very tasty food at reasonable prices. Extremely friendly and attentive service. Gladly again at any time.

I ordered a platter that was supposed to be for 2 because I was hungry but it barely had enough meat even for 1 person. One thing I really did enjoy was that they allow you to bring your pets and it can be either inside or outside. The dipping sauses that they bring you before your meals are very good, also along with that there was different types of bread for dipping. Another great thing was their outside seating was very spacious and comfortable. They also have a nice variety of tasty drinks, I had a cherry drink and then a mango type smoothie that was quite delicious. One of my complaints was after we were done it took them a while to bring our check. My overall experience was a favorable one, I would return but next time I need to ask more questions about the food and ingredients before i order including level of spicyness. My wife is allergic to some foods so that was important for us. The prices were a little high for the quality and the amount of food on each platter. The salads were quite nice and had plenty to share amongst the other people in my party. A good place for a decent Indian meal.

We had ordered from Aashirvad many times before, but this time we wanted to go straight to the restaurant. The service was really great and the food was outstanding. We'll definitely be back. Absolute recommendation

So we order regularly, but due to the high demand, the restaurant unfortunately can't deliver in less than two hours at the moment... my goodness. It's annoying and I don't pay a tip, but with a little planning and timely ordering you can still order something in time. The quality is more than good and everything is fresh and tasty despite the long waiting time. We still like to order, but if you're really hungry and can't wait, you might want to order somewhere else. Whether it is worth it is up to each individual to decide.

Extremely friendly service, especially from Akash, great quality of food. My number 82, lamb with rice, cashew, ginger & more was quite excellent. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable!

The food was good, the service was completely overwhelmed. The restaurant was full and with one waitress the waiting time was too long, orders were forgotten, we asked for the bill 3 times. A little tip, check the bill in our case they wanted to collect more than we had distorted or drunk. Otherwise the food was good. We won't be coming back.

Good evening, unfortunately we have to leave and write a negative review. We ordered a platter for two people at 5 p.m. today, it arrived and didn't meet our expectations. I have an onion allergy myself, so I can only hope that it doesn't lead to an acute attack, we also stated and indicated this in the order! Unfortunately almost all dishes had onions!!!! We also ordered spicy food, which unfortunately we cannot confirm. And there was also supposed to be mango schnapps, unfortunately there was also mango lassi...

This restaurant is very small, not particularly cozy, but the service is friendly, attentive and polite. Unfortunately, those of us who eat there often don't find the dishes very tasty. We gave the restaurant several chances and tried out different dishes again and again, but unfortunately we have to rate all the dishes as mediocre. The meat in particular is a complete disaster. After asking whether it was molded meat, because we found the consistency of the meat strange and also strangely smooth, almost greasy, we were told that it had been pickled beforehand. This answer doesn't explain to us why the meat feels so strange in the mouth. Everything else isn't particularly tasty either, so you don't feel happy with your choice of food. At most, the rice is nice and fluffy and generally of apparently good quality. We also know other Indian restaurants so we can make comparisons that we are happy with. Maybe Aashivad should change the chef or rework its dishes. It's the case in Germany anyway that most dishes are heavily modified from the operators' home country in order to suit German guests, which I personally don't think is good at all. We will not visit this restaurant in the future because what is offered is too expensive in terms of price/performance ratio. Overall, it's a shame.

Very nice little restaurant inside and for the summer with an outdoor area. The food was very tasty and there was a large selection. Children's menu is also available.

Very tasty food, nice employees who do a great job and the decoration in the shop is really nice (suitable for the Indian), small negative point the scents were a bit too much for me (I have a slight headache afterwards, but I'm also very sensitive about that). )

We've eaten there several times. Always very good and completely ok for the price! The waiter is very attentive and already knows what my girlfriend likes to drink! Would love to come back.

It seems to be a general problem in Hohenschönhausen that you can only get a table in the remaining restaurants on the weekend if you book in advance... We were lucky, in retrospect, that the White House turned us away. This is how we found this culinary gem. A waiter gave us a table after all. The food was fantastic and the service was super friendly and attentive, even though there were a lot of guests that had to be looked after. Thank you very much, we would love to come back!!!

I'm usually very taken with Indian restaurants - but I'm more than pleasantly surprised! The food was rich and very tasty. There were also other delicacies that you don't get everywhere else, such as goat ribs and Byriani. Nice place with a good selection, we had the fish tikka and the yogi thali. The thali are mixed platters for 1 person, a nice way to try different dishes. In most restaurants, such platters are only offered for at least 2 people, so my companion could eat something different and I could try things out 😁 The staff was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back 👍🏼

I was there again this WE after a long gap of 5 years and was very amazed and thrilled. The food, the service was really great and the menu was very extensive. I was particularly excited that goat meat dishes were also offered!!! There could be more space when sitting. It is advisable to reserve a place in advance on the weekend as a precaution. The prices are very reasonable, everything is fresh and perfectly prepared, very well cooked, etc. and the service is very attentive and not intrusive. I have to say, this Indian restaurant stands out from many other Indian restaurants. It's worth stopping by often and a delivery service is also available.

We were in this restaurant for the first time. Although it was very busy (reservation is better), we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The food is simply fantastic. Es war heute ein sehr schönes Essen in einem schönen Restaurant in Wartenberg (Berlin Lichtenberg). Die Ente im Mantel mit Kokos - Currysoße war sehr schmackhaft.

Super lecker. Das einzige was sehr gestört hat, waren die Gäste am anderen Tisch. Sie waren sehr laut und haben den ganzen Laden unterhalten. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Hähnchen Madras (scharf) bestellt und konnte man kaum essen, es war viel zu scharf!! Möchte nicht wissen was dann "extra scharf" ist?

Essen schmeckt. Immer wieder gerne. Beim Service sind sie etwas unkordiniert. Mal kommen nacheinander 2 wollen Bestellungen aufnehmen, dann gibt es längere Pausen, bis jemand aufmerksam wird. Aber immer freundlich. Räumlichkeiten sind nett.

Vom Lieferdienst und der Qualität waren wir schon begeistert. Jetzt wollten wir gern sehen inwieweit es auch vor Ort uns überzeugt. Wir kamen am Samstag zu zweit gegen 17Uhr und hatten nicht reserviert und durften trotzdem bleiben. Sehr nett empfangen konnten wir einen schönen Abend verbringen. Lobenswert: - Qualität des Essen war sehr gut und schön angerichtet - YogiTee ein Muss! - Mangolassi und alkoholfreier Cocktail rundeten alles schön ab - obwohl es sehr voll war, wurde man aufmerksam und sehr freundlich bedient und bekam nie den Stress zu spüren

Leckerer, solider Inder in Hohenschönhausen. Freundlicher Kellner, schnelle Bedienung. Kann man häufiger machen. Es gibt auch einen Lieferservice bzw. können die Speisen auch zum Mitnehmen bestellt werden. Alle Infos finden sich in der ansorechenden App.

Trotzdem es voll war - Einschulungen - war es super. Gutes Essen, toller Service. Wir kommen wieder.

Hier bin ich "Wiederholungstäter"; sowohl im Restaurant, als auch beim Bestellen dort. Das Essen ist nämlich überaus köstlich, allem voran die Ziegengerichte, die man anderswo nur sehr selten auf der Karte findet. Von den Portionen wird man auf jeden Fall satt. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: das Gemüse in den Fleischgerichten besteht oft aus ein wenig Paprika und Zwiebeln. Aber man kann auch gerne beim Kellner Extrawünsche äußern, die man dort versucht umzusetzen. Auch sonst ist das Personal auf Zack und überaus freundlich. Vor Ort sitzt man in gemütlichen Ambiente oder im "Biergarten" vor dem Lokal. Da es direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung liegt, ist der Ausblick leider nicht so super, aber dafür kann das Restaurant ja nix. Im Sommer macht man es den Gästen dort mit Ventilatoren jedenfalls so angenehm wie möglich. Ich empfinde das Aashirvad als gastronomische Perle hier im Randgebiet.

Das Essen ist einer lobung würdig und der Kellner war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend. Jedoch ein recht explosives Nachspiel. Ich hab mir eingekackt!

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ein doch ziemlich am Stadtrand gelegenes indisches Restaurant, welches von außen recht unscheinbar wirkt, derart gutes und auch sehr frisch zubereitetes Essen kredenzt. Ich war dort mit einem Familienmitglied am 14. August 2023 kurz nach der Öffnung zum Mittagessen hineingegangen und wir waren vom Beginn bis zum Schluss rundum zufrieden. So ist der von mir bestellte Ingwertee mit Honig und Minze selbst an heißen Tagen sehr schmackhaft sowie erfrischend und auch die Vor- sowie die Hauptspeisen hatten uns sehr gut gefallen. Vom Reis, über das Gemüse, dem Fleisch bis hin zu den Soßen gibt es nichts, woran ich negative Kritik üben könnte, da nicht nur ein großes Augenmerk auf das Aussehen, sondern auch auf den ebenfalls sehr guten Geschmack gelegt wird. Auch die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich und das Ambiente wirkt dank der schönen Dekoration sowie passender Musik auch sehr indisch. Auch der Preis, welchen wir als zwei Personen insgesamt für alles bezahlten, ist für diese top Qualität äußerst fair. Wer sich also dort am Stadtrand aufhält und gerne indisch essen möchte, dem sei das Aashirvad-Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfohlen. Die Fotos stammen von unserem am 14. August 2023 gemachten Besuch. Zu sehen sind der Ingwertee mit Honig und Minze, eine Knoblauchsuppe, Bhatura (aufgegangenes Brot), Papadam (dünnes knuspriges Fladenbrot) mit drei verschiedenen Soßen sowie Hühnchen Tikka Masala mit Basmati-Reis als Beilage.

Tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen, fairen Preisen und sehr sehr nettem Personal. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir werden wiederkommen!

Ein kleines Restaurant mit einem Aussenbereich. Netter Empfang, den Platz konnten wir frei wählen. Wir waren am späten Nachmittag da, ansonsten sicherheitshalber einen Tisch reservieren. Das Essen typisch Indisch, ohne das es jetzt außergewöhnlich war. Uns hat es gefallen.

Das Butter Chicken für 12,90 € war sehr lecker. Leider war der Mango Lassi nicht wie üblich, süß. Er schmeckte eher wie Joghurt. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Sonst insgesamt günstig und lecker.

Wir haben hier essen bestellt und es war alles Tipi topi. Das Essen war noch sehr warm, das hähnchen war super zart, der Lieferant war super freundlich.

Leckeres Essen, guter fürsorglicher Service. Es stimmt einfach alles. Einfach mal hin und sich davon überzeugen lassen.

Sehr gutes indisches Restaurant. Nachdem das indische Restaurant, welches ich vorher sehr gerne besucht habe während der Corona-Zeit geschlossen hat, bin ich beinahe zufällig auf das Aashirvad Restaurant gestoßen und war direkt überzeugt. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und auch das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Vor allem die Terrasse ist im Sommer immer sehr schön.
