So delicious, and above all, everything is freshly prepared with love! You HAVE to eat there!

The service was super friendly. The pizza tasted good. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as it's supposed to be; it had collapsed a bit. Therefore, I can't really say what it's usually like. However, we were politely informed and told to let them know if we hadn't enjoyed it.

Yesterday, we spontaneously decided to go to 60 Seconds in Duisburg. We received a friendly welcome right from the start. We had a lovely sunny table, and the recommendations from our waiter (a young man with a beard and a bald head) were excellent. He suggested drinks that were very much to our liking and also told us we could swap the dips for our appetizers. I thought that was great, as I always thought they were standard. The food was fantastic once again. We'll definitely be back.

Nice service and delicious food

Besides the delicious food, we would especially like to highlight the outstanding service. The entire team was extremely attentive, friendly, and courteous. The servers took plenty of time to explain everything calmly and catered to our requests without ever being intrusive. You truly feel welcome here – almost like visiting friends in Italy. We will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates excellent service and warm hospitality!

We were here with friends at 60 Seconds Duisburg, right by the main train station. The pizzas were first class, better than anywhere else, and you won't find that quality anywhere else.

The pizza is okay, but nothing special or good. Therefore, the price is far too high; €18 for an average-sized pizza is simply unacceptable. It was definitely my last visit.

I really hate giving bad reviews. But this is by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Including all the homemade and frozen pizza disasters. The dough looks crispy, but it's soggy and stretches out like crazy. The vegan mozzarella looks like it was window putty in its first life. Tasteless, gray, and chewy. The tomato sauce, like the dough, has been loaded with salt. The herbs were maybe in homeopathic dilutions. The vegetables were rock hard. The pizza was also cold. The second star is only there because the driver was so incredibly nice.

While the atmosphere in the restaurant is good, this unfortunately doesn't extend to the quality of the food. Despite this, the staff is very polite and attentive.

Very professional service. My wife's pizza was very burnt, especially the bottom. We received a replacement, which tasted delicious. The crust is particularly thick, but very fluffy and tasty. The dips are highly recommended. The decor is very modern, which makes it feel a bit cold, but it's spacious and open. Overall, highly recommended.

Unfortunately, no one is reachable by phone. We ordered over an hour ago, and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to take about 30 minutes. After more than an hour and submitting a complaint ticket, we finally received notification that the delivery wouldn't be made. What was the point of the confirmation then? No one at the restaurant is answering.

The food was absolutely delicious! I would have loved to try everything on the menu because they all sounded so good! The waiter was incredibly friendly, the food arrived super fast, and it was piping hot. I would definitely go back!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. Both the drinks and the appetizers were excellent. Unfortunately, the pizza was not a real treat. Of course, a Neapolitan pizza is baked at high temperatures in a stone oven. However, parts of both pizzas were so burnt that they simply turned to ash when I tried to scrape off the black bits. The crust was also very black, which significantly detracted from the overall taste. It's a shame, because both the edible parts of the dough and the toppings were delicious. Not being able to eat a good quarter of the pizza is inconvenient and ultimately not very sustainable.

It was okay. Hot and tasty, but the more the pizza cooled down, the more it tasted like a pancake, in my opinion. The service was slightly arrogant.

We had the Death by Cheese pizza and received very friendly service and advice. We didn't have to wait long, and the pizza was delicious :) In the evening, we also had a mocktail. That was good too. Thank you!

I ordered a shrimp pizza from Wolt for my girlfriend, but she received 2 1/2 shrimp that had been cut in half! For €18??!!!! Absolutely outrageous!

The appetizer was good. The pizzas were a total disaster for me. The entire base was burnt, and the edges were covered in burnt bits. The prices for such burnt pizzas are outrageous.

Love this pizza! Really delicious! The pizza base is so good, there's nothing better! This time we tried some "special" pizzas, like a vegetarian one with a kind of "stake" and truffle pasta in a pizza bowl. It was also delicious, but next time we'll just go for "classic" with simpler ingredients. The pizza dough is the star of the show, and (in my opinion) you don't need the fancy toppings. Dessert was also super delicious. Very "simple," but the ice cream with espresso was exactly what I needed. I'd gladly go again :) This strawberry crumble - delicious, but we wouldn't order it again. Small note: The lighting at the tables isn't very cozy. It's different everywhere in the front and back of the shop, and not good anywhere. Even the kitchen had better lighting.

I can't even put into words how much I love the 60 Seconds to Napoli at Duisburg Central Station! I've been to two or three other locations. Despite being part of the same chain, none of the other locations manage to match your taste or the friendly, down-to-earth service team's approach to customers and guests. I really enjoy coming to you, despite the location at Duisburg Central Station, because you're simply brilliant! It's great that you exist! I'll remain loyal to you and your branch; you're doing a fantastic job!

We were unfortunately disappointed. From the very beginning, the service was very pushy. The focus is on selling. They repeatedly tried to offer us water or other drinks, even though we had either already declined or still had enough. The same procedure happened with several servers and several times throughout the evening. I like attentive service, but unfortunately, this was far too much here. We had two pasta bowls. Both pizza doughs were ice cold at first, obviously baked in advance. One of the two was also very dark. Upon request, we were given new bowls. Unfortunately, the pasta was simply tipped over. No new truffle was grated over it, and the Parmesan cheese was very sparing. There could have been more pasta itself. The taste was great until the pizza dough cooled down again, then it immediately became tough. It could definitely be better. We already had the same dish at the Oberhausen branch, but it was a completely different experience here. The food was excellent from the start: much more truffles, more pasta, and a mountain of Parmesan cheese was grated over the bowl at the table. The dough was also better there. The service was also attentive. I was disappointed. I don't know yet whether I'll go back to the Duisburg branch.

Second time here, a great atmosphere, and everything was fantastic. The focaccia appetizer with three dips is highly recommended, as is the pizza. The thin crust and high crust are unique and delicious.

The mojito is very bitter (the wrong kind of sugar). The pizza crust, on the other hand, is very tasty, but it gets cold quickly, perhaps because the crust is so thin.

I was there for the first time yesterday. The starter arrived after 90 minutes. The main course followed after more than two hours. All the other guests in the restaurant had been there before me, had their turn, and then left again. Apparently, the waitress had a bad attitude; unfortunately, she didn't even apologize for the poor service.

We waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for our pizzas...completely disorganized...they ONLY serve pizza and can't seem to serve guests in the correct order. The manager seemed extremely annoyed and became rude when we asked when our food would arrive. Never again from this place.

The ambiance and service are top-notch. The pizza is also truly delicious. However, adding cold ingredients quickly loses its heat, and the cheese hardens again relatively quickly. This doesn't affect the taste, but rather the consistency.

60 seconds??? Seriously? I assume that was a joke—or someone confused seconds with minutes... Food? Absolutely top-notch, 100 out of 100—really delicious. Atmosphere? Pleasant. But as for the service—sadly, totally unprofessional. We were there with three small children, including a baby—and had to wait 1.5 hours for pizza. Pizza! Not a complicated dish. 🤷🏻‍♀️🫠 If we had ordered a 5-course meal, okay—but this? They could have at least told us beforehand that the wait would be so long. That would have been fair. Yes, there's a highchair—but what's the point if you have to wait forever? And kids' meals? None. No fries, no simple side dishes. Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended with children. Not even for people who don't have hours to spare. What was also disappointing: The women's restroom was dirty (including 💩), there was no soap, but at least they had a great Dyson hand dryer... They must have misplaced their priorities here. The prices are okay – the five of us (3 adults, 2 children who actually ate) paid around €120. Overall: Good food, but unfortunately not a place I'd go to again with my family.

Unfortunately, delivery service is prioritized. So you wait forever for your pizza if you eat in. We waited over two hours with no warning that it might take longer. The beer wasn't really cold either.

The food was very good; the service was rather poor before the staff changed. The waitress walked past us countless times without taking our order. After her colleague took over, everything went great!
