60 seconds to napoli in Duisburg

I ate here alone and without a reservation in July 2025. Location: Very central on the station forecourt Atmosphere: Quite cozy Service: Drinks and pizza were brought quickly. However, some of the staff seemed a bit... odd. One gets the impression that this is a reintegration measure, which would be a good fit for the station environment. Even though my wheat beer was three-quarters full, I was asked if I wanted another drink?! Food: Neapolitan pizzas in 1-2 minutes are no longer innovative. Here, however, the dough is a bit too fluffy/airy/soft, making it feel more like flatbread than pizza. Overall, though, the pizza dough and toppings were tasty. Prices: Expensive, value for money only marginally good. Conclusion: It's doable, but it's not a highlight - at exceptional prices. If you found this review helpful, please leave a "thumbs up"...

The pizza was quite good, definitely worth trying. But unfortunately, we were missing salt, pepper, and olive oil on the table. In Italy and other Italian restaurants in the area, this is standard. They could improve that. You're right next to the main train station... so the atmosphere is a bit tense, in my opinion. The women's restrooms were also, unfortunately, quite dirty.

I ordered on-site, but it took over 40 minutes for the pizza to be ready—and that was for a single regular pizza. Because it took so long, I ended up just wrapping it up and leaving. Absolutely not worth it for €16. The taste wasn't anything special either. Service was unfriendly, no apology for the long wait.

I was really looking forward to this place because I've been wanting to try it for a while, especially since I've been looking for an Italian restaurant that serves fior di latte on pizza. Unfortunately, I have to admit I'm disappointed... My Margherita was way too oily, and you could barely taste either the cheese or the sauce. The crust of the pizza was way too thick, as if you'd ordered a slice of bread with some cheese. The ratio was really strange: maybe 15% topping to 45% crust... The drinks were good, and the staff were really friendly! The wait was also very short, as the name suggests; the food arrived only about five minutes after ordering. Still, I have to say: Given the prices, it's not worth it for me at all. The desserts were also rather disappointing. The tiramisu was made with egg instead of mascarpone, which is okay, but not everyone's cup of tea. And the so-called "Strawberry Crumble" consisted of a quartered strawberry on a layer of vanilla sauce with some crumble on top... 😐😐😐😐 We paid a total of around €94 for three people, so with a heavy heart, I can't recommend the place at all. 💔💔💔

Great restaurant. The pizza crust could just be a little firmer on the bottom. The dip is very good, but the aioli unfortunately tastes a bit oniony. It wasn't worth the €3.50. The truffle bowl was a real eye-catcher and also tasted very good. Note: The sauce is underneath the pasta. A description of the location beforehand would have been appreciated. The option to order half pizzas is also unique. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience.

Being used to the location from Essen, where are a lot of customers, for a Saturday noon, with a gorgeous weather, in Duisburg, the place was almost empty. Such a shame for such a wonderful place. The food was excelent as expected and the staff extremely friendly. I adore the pizza with the fluffy crust :).

(Or is that the waiting time? Or the time you want to teleport back to the shop after the last bite? You don't know – but it's magical.) The pizza? A love letter to the Italian oven. The dough: fluffy like a pillow of clouds, with the bite of a charming Italian nonna. The toppings: fresh, bold, fantastic. The tomato sauce tastes like a sunset on the Amalfi Coast, and the mozzarella melts on the tongue like an opera singer in the throes of love. I had the Margherita – simple but perfect. If you need more than that, you've never understood pizza. 😄 The team? Friendly, fast, and with a touch of southern Italian chaos—just how it should be. Beautifully decorated, modern restaurant serving Neapolitan-style pizza. The service was extremely friendly and fast. We found the pizza to be too liquid in the middle. However, the ingredients seemed high-quality. The price was relatively high.

I was so looking forward to the visit because I only hear positive things about it online. I don't even know where to start. The waiter looked very unkempt. Then, instead of the Pepsi we ordered, we got a Pepsi Zero. No knife or fork at the table. They even put a second crate on our table. Why don't they just refill the crates?! Then, for the food, my bowl was very lightly baked. I ordered mine with truffle and Parmesan cheese, because I had to hunt for Parmesan cheese. Not 15 minutes after leaving the restaurant, I had the worst stomach problems. Either there was something wrong with the ground beef or the truffles. I hope no one else gets as bad as me. I'm definitely at home with diarrhea and stomach pain. Thank you

All in all, I think one star is too many, which is very disappointing, especially for these Wucha prices. My order was taken by a waiter, and the drinks were brought by a woman who was very rude and slammed them down on the table. There were no knives or serving pieces at the table; all that was left on the plate was a spoon. I was really annoyed by this visit and unfortunately wouldn't eat there again.

The menu sounds promising, but is nothing special. The pizzas are okay. The salad is okay too. For €12 (up to €18) and up, I expect something special from a salad. The service is nice, but far too pushy. Every two minutes, someone comes over and tries to sell you an appetizer, a dessert, or a bottle of wine. If I order XX and put the menu down, I don't want to order another bottle of wine or whatever. I assume the waiters get certain commissions/bonuses if the customer orders more. Similar to Hans im Glück and the like. Annoying... the volume was extremely loud today. In the back of the restaurant, there was - I think - a football team?? It felt like an amateur team's stadium... Pretty disrespectful to the other guests. Something else that made us suspicious: the "asking" for reviews in order to get a "surprise" (shots or coffee?). If the place were doing well, there'd be no need to encourage anyone to write a review. Long story short: you can do it once, but the taste isn't particularly exceptional, nor are the prices reasonable for the price. A little tip: train your servers, or at least don't put them under pressure... because pushing dessert, a drink, or an appetizer on someone every two minutes... is inappropriate. The waitress asked us three times when taking our order if we wanted another appetizer: We: No She: A bottle of wine, perhaps? We: No She: Another drink? We: No. Incredibly simple... 🫠

It was so loud in the restaurant that it was almost impossible to communicate. The atmosphere was quite unpleasant. There were four of us after an hour of waiting! We each ordered a pizza, but what we got was inedible: the dough was still raw in the middle, the toppings were soggy – no sign of a "real" meal. When we informed the waiter, all they said was simply, "I'll be right back." After waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone coming back, we were about to leave. Instead of a genuine apology, they simply offered us another pizza – just one pizza for all four people, which we were supposed to share – on the house. Of course, we didn't accept it! We paid more than €80 for this disaster and then just left. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed; they apparently didn't know which way was up. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend them.

Ambience: A slightly rustic ambiance with a modern touch thanks to wood grain and matte black. Everything is kept somewhat simple, which contributes to a pleasantly relaxed environment. Food: The food was delicious and perfectly acceptable in terms of value for money. It wasn't anything new in terms of taste, and I personally felt it lacked a "flavor kick," which, however, reflects my personal taste. Service: The waitress's loving and friendly approach was wonderful. Her relaxed demeanor added an extra special touch to our stay. Her cheerful and fun nature was very nice. My visit to 60stn in Duisburg wasn't bad, but after reading so many positive reviews, I simply expected more. After all, it's just a chain restaurant. In my opinion, the pizza was too oily and the pizza dough wasn't fluffy enough. Combined with the rather hefty prices (pizza > €12) and the rather noisy dining area, I was unfortunately a bit disappointed.

Everything was very good. The pizza is something between Naples and the USA. Very unique but excellent.

The server recommended the Burrata Bomb Pizza, which I ultimately ordered. Unfortunately, the pizza took more than 45 minutes to serve, so I had it packed to go. I got a free dip for the delay. I would have preferred a discount. The spicy sauce that comes on this pizza was unfortunately very oily, and the pizza was completely greased. Eating it in the car wasn't a good idea, and I couldn't enjoy it. For €17, I don't think the pizza is good. I might try a pizza there in the near future to have a direct comparison. Until then, the review remains unchanged.

The only thing keeping me from giving it a five-star rating is the disappointingly mixed wine list. We tried three different wines, and not a single one was good. The pizzas, on the other hand, were exceptionally good, original, and very tasty. The waitress was also impressive; he remembered us the second time and even largely remembered what we had ordered the last time. We would definitely come back, and if there were any slight adjustments to the aforementioned wine list, we would be happy to give it five stars.
