36 Pho Co in Weimar

We didn't like it. The table was very dirty. Leftover food sticks to the cracks in the table. The spice bottles were completely smeared and dried. The food came quickly, but it wasn't tasty. I couldn't have eaten it without soy sauce. The bok choy was supposed to be grilled, it wasn't. The peanut sauce tasted rancid. I couldn't finish the very small portion. In the end we didn't get enough. On top of all that, it was too expensive. There were no tips. And we won't go there again.

Delicious! I can only recommend, whenever I'm in Weimar I have to go to 36 Pho Co! One of my favorite Asians!

I actually always liked going to PhoCo. However, after eating there yesterday, I have to say that I probably won't be going again. The staff is uncoordinated, the food is expensive and nothing special anymore. Then I complained about a sauce that is always available on the table because it tasted terribly sour and moldy. The waitress came, explained that it couldn't go bad and put it back. I don't have to explain the stomach cramps at night any further. It's just dirty and not pretty anymore. Too bad.

I had a great meal here. Asian food is delicious. The staff introduced the dishes and recommended special drinks, very friendly and engaging. After your meal there is a café next to the restaurant and also a hotel to rest. What a great weekend trip ❤️

The portions are really small. The soup wasn't hot enough and there was gristle in the burger. It was hard to sit on the first floor because it was so humid.

Excellent value for money, original interior and very friendly welcome. The Vietnam style burgers in the associated restaurant are highly recommended and something different. Parking 300 meters away - easy to reach. The central location in the heart of Weimar is hard to beat. Even if you're not a fan of Asia, you can't go wrong here. Four thumbs up - if I had that many

We ended up here looking for dinner. The staff here is very friendly and even though it was very busy, you didn't notice the stress. The food came very quickly and was really tasty. We were very satisfied and ate really full and left happy. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Unfortunately, the soup wasn't warm enough, our table was outside, but the bowl should still be warmed up nice and hot with cooking water before the soup.

I can absolutely recommend this restaurant! The food tasted excellent and was so beautifully presented. The atmosphere in the restaurant is unique - everything is very small and so beautiful to look at. The toilet was also very nice - and above all clean. If we are in Weimar again, we will eat here! I eat here almost every time I'm in Weimar. Pho Co has never disappointed me! I am very satisfied with the food and the ambience.

The food itself was delicious, but unfortunately the portions are far too small (see sauce). We also had to pay 50ct each for the boxes. However, the staff was very nice.

A very great hotel with exceptional rooms adapted to the Asian style. Spacious and cozy accommodation. The staff was so helpful and accommodating to their guests. The hotel is right in the center of Weimar so it is also a very good starting point for exploring the city on foot to explore. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The restaurant is also highly recommended. The food was very tasty and lovingly prepared.

Wir sind zum Frühstücken hergekommen. Die originelle Karte mit Frühstücken aus mehreren Ländern (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Indochinesisch…) hatte uns angezogen und nicht enttäuscht. Eine geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Location. Sehr freundlicher Service. Die Speisen mit liebevollen Details serviert (vorgewärmte Kaffeetasse). Das Essen war sehr gut. Am Ende haben wir bedauert, nicht schon abends da gewesen zu sein, denn das thüringische Traditionslokal, in dem wir waren, war bestenfalls durchschnittlich.

We were there quite spontaneously on December 31st. Dine in the restaurant and we really loved it. Service top, food great, waiting time - less than 15 minutes. We'll definitely be back. Absolute recommendation from us.

It's a shame actually. Poh Co was initially a great meeting place for the city's residents. I had a very bad experience today. A colleague who traveled hundreds of kilometers to work 7 days in Weimar to help those in need of care had a video call from his 3-year-old daughter, who missed her father. We were then approached by several guests. What kind of culture would that be? They would feel harassed. PHO CO once stood for tolerance and community. My comment. Before culture, comes tolerance and compassion. And that’s what Weimar stands for. It's a shame that the staff didn't respond

If you are a tourist and go to a restaurant like this for the first time, you first have to familiarize yourself with the atmosphere. The food was great, but unfortunately I paid in cash without a tip and was immediately flirted with as a tax office employee.

Even five minutes after the end of breakfast you will be served one in a friendly manner! Very plentiful and lovingly served!

I took once Volcano Carbonara and another time a vegan ramen. Both times I got something I did not expect based on the menu description. I’m OK that it’s fusion cuisine and both dishes were just not quite to my taste. But both dishes were half cold, while the second one was supposed to be a spicy ramen soup 😭 But there was no liquid it all

The restaurant consists of two buildings. The staff seems very rushed. The food came 10 minutes after ordering, tasted good, but was lukewarm to cold. The sake was also served lukewarm. The waitresses had to go outside and get the food from the building next door. We had to pay a deposit of €50 when making the reservation and this had to be pointed out several times on the invoice or proof was required from us. We wouldn't eat here again.

Unfortunately, 36 Pho Co was a big disappointment for me... When I decided to try one of their citizens, I specifically asked not to put any nuts or sesame in the burger, in the form of sauces or anything else. When the burger was served without the fries I had ordered, I was really looking forward to eating this burger. Finally, after the fourth bite, I noticed that I had an allergic reaction and immediately stopped eating. At that moment I asked myself how that could be. I specifically pointed this out to the waitress. Well, I was annoyed and asked the waitress whether there were nuts or sesame seeds in there. She then said no. I then pointed out to her that the burger smelled and tasted suspiciously like teriyaki sauce, which she finally confirmed. I was very upset at the moment because the waitress and the chef were unaware that teriyaki sauce consists largely of sesame oil. After I still had to pay (even though I liked half of my order and had an allergic reaction) I left the store upset. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has severe allergies.

Went there for breakfast as a group. The restaurant was very well attended. Had to wait almost an hour for our food. Fair prices and friendly service.

Since I was in the hotel and restaurant, this will be a double review. About the restaurant: nice service and a nice decor. I think the prices are good. My pho, which I ordered because that's what the shop is called, arrived after 2 minutes! Is that normal? In any case, I found it very tasty. About the hotel: I only had contact with the staff by telephone, but it was still very positive. Check in is very easy. The location is great, although there is no chance of finding a parking space nearby. BUT LISTEN TO ME! The hotel room is so beautifully and harmoniously decorated, it's incredible. I would love to move in! There are also good facilities when it comes to coffee/tea and little things like toothbrushes etc. are also offered. Simply a dream, I'll be back!

Saturday's food was delicious and arrived very quickly. And very friendly

So first of all: the food was very tasty per se. BUT: there was chewing gum in my food that wasn't mine. When I asked the waiters about it, they seemed rather irritated and barely apologized. Told them to take my food off the bill. When I paid, I realized the food was still there. After I mentioned it, the waitress said I got a new plate! The most you can do is give me a discount! Are you crazy? It's not my fault that the chef mixed his chewing gum into my plate. Just disgusting. No recommendation… other things also went wrong with our reservation (9 people)!

Had breakfast at Café PhoCo today. The menu was very varied and international. Service very friendly and accommodating. The highlight was the Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. A warm chocolatey explosion in the mouth. You have to try it!

I had the pleasure of eating at 36 Pho & Co in Weimar and absolutely loved it! The ambience is cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was a real highlight - the flavors were wonderfully authentic and fresh. The Pho in particular was incredibly tasty, with a perfectly balanced broth and fresh ingredients. The other dishes were also excellently seasoned and prepared with love. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are absolutely fair for the quality on offer. For lovers of Vietnamese cuisine, 36 Pho & Co is an absolute must in Weimar! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Wenn man einmal genug von der deftigen thüringischen Küche hat, ist dieses vietnamesische Restaurant eine gute Wahl. Die Karte ist eher klein und bietet im wesentlichen vietnamesische Burger, vietnamesische Nudelsuppen (Pho) und Reisnudelgerichte. Als Vorspeisen stehen verschiedene Frühlingsrollen ( Hanoi Rolle war knusprig und gut) zur Auswahl. Unsere Reisnudelgerichte mit Rindfleisch und mit Fischcake haben uns gut geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren sehr groß, der Preis (55€) einschließlich Bier und Tee empfanden wir als günstig.

Sticky rice with duck: The duck had a lot of fat, sticky rice obviously with turmeric, everything ad libitum..., it wasn't my cup of tea. The menus handed out by the friendly ladies were very worn out due to heavy use. That's better. Maybe I just had a bad day?

We ate at Pho Co and were semi-excited. The service was very nice. But as we were led upstairs, it smelled more and more like a deep fryer. The open kitchen is nice to look at, but the clothes still smell like it for days. The tofu burger was rich and looked good. Unfortunately the taste was a bit sober. If the vegetables had been pickled, it would certainly have been a little tastier.

Das Wichtigste vorweg: unbedingt reservieren! Das Lokal war extrem gut besucht. Aber nicht ohne guten Grund. Die Speisen waren extrem lecker, der Service vorbildlich und schnell und das Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and had dinner here. It's a busy restaurant, we were allowed to sit outside (without a reservation), the service was quick and friendly, the cocktails were very tasty and so was the food. Typically Vietnamese.

I didn't have a room and just had dinner in the restaurant. Overall a pleasant experience. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was “only” good. The local Phoʻ Mule is topped with gingerale on the spot, which was more interesting than the taste. The spring rolls were also good, but the pho was a bit weak, which can be remedied with the sauces provided at the place.

Apartment very spacious, unfortunately no elevator to the 4th floor. Nights very loud outside.

During my dinner visit, I savored vegetable rolls and a delightful bowl of rice noodles with coconut and mild Japanese curry. The staff is friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall a good recommendation for a short lunch break and also dinner.
