We had pre-ordered. After waiting 30 minutes we were able to pick up the food. When we got there, there were a few people standing in the store. We weren't noticed at all. The lady then only served the food to the people who were standing directly in front of her. After everyone else was served, we were also noticed. We've now been standing here in the store for about 20 minutes...despite having pre-ordered. Our order didn't seem to be made until then... we waited another 15 minutes. We placed our order via WhatsApp. A sauce was forgotten, which we were able to point out directly, but it was then charged extra (maybe we couldn't have charged it out of goodwill, but oh well). To eat: used. Noodles were okay and tasty, but the chicken had a strange consistency and was also a disappointment in terms of taste, so we didn't eat it. We had ordered mini spring rolls, but instead we got something else fried that we couldn't even define. It neither looked appetizing nor smelled good.. Not a great dining experience...
