Wir waren am Donnerstag mit 2 Kindern im Vielfater um etwas zu essen. Man sagte uns, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen sei, aber Kaffee und Kuchen noch machbar wäre. Also Kaffee und Kuchen gekauft. Wir saßen kaum auf unseren Plätzen, als wir auch schon aufgefordert wurden uns zu beeilen, denn man wolle jetzt schließen. Finde ich unmöglich, zunächst noch kassieren und dann die Leute rausekeln. Das ist kein Service. Wenn man schließen möchte, dann sage ich das den Kunden, schmeiße den Kuchen weg und mache zu. Hätte ich verstanden, aber so.

We ordered through Lieferando with a note saying no mushrooms (mushroom allergy). After we received it, there were mushrooms in it after all. When we called to point this out, we were told we should just eat the pasta and the meat. When I replied that it wasn't possible because everything was mixed with the sauce, he said it wasn't my problem; you're out of luck, we're closed now. I then asked if I could come back the next day to get the food replaced, but he said I could forget it; I should just eat it and be done with it. This shop and owner are the worst.

No reason to complain. We picked up the food and it was still warm and delicious at home.
