Eating went like this. It wasn't bad, nor good. Sufficient in quantity. Employees could smile a little.

Yesterday we ordered food there with the whole company at 6:00 p.m. They couldn't serve our order because they didn't have enough meat. The meat from the charcoal grill was not sufficient, as was the veal. We then adjusted our order and settled for what they could prepare. We then got small, mixed portions with different meats and what we got mostly tasted really bad and wasn't filled enough. Out of about ten colleagues, only one said "you can eat it" and everyone else found it disgusting. A week before, when we ordered there, everyone was very satisfied.

Stopped off for a bite to eat with my boy and, although expensive (e.g. 2,50€ for a canned fizzy drink), food was good and service kind of friendly. A no-go however, is when a young kid, obviously the owners child, goes behind the counter and starts taking food with his bare and unwashed hands. I’m not fussy by any sense, but hygiene in gastronomy is key.

Döner Point in Leverkusen has become a very ingenious shop thanks to the change in ownership and rebranding. The selection of food is large, from different burgers to different soups, from calzones and pizza to kebab, everything is included. The tzatziki tastes very good with the kebab. And there is a wide variety of vegetables to choose from. I would recommend everyone to visit this store. The owner is one of the warmest people I know and the staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Better than other kebab shops I've visited. My absolute favorite shop of all the kebab shops I go to in Leverkusen.

Super friendly operators and the kebab is excellent. I can't say anything about any defects because I always eat in the store so the food is warm and fresh. And that's it.
