I placed an order at Central Döner today and unfortunately found that the food arrived cold. Since I paid for a hot meal, I also expect it to be delivered at an appropriate temperature. When I first called, my concern was met with incomprehension and then they simply hung up on me - a very disappointing way to deal with a customer. On the second call I was simply told that my request was incorrect and that they couldn't take any further care of it. I find this behavior to be an absolute disgrace. I have been a frequent customer but will not be ordering from you again after this experience. I would have liked at least an apology or a reasonable solution. I hope you will strive for better customer service and more careful delivery in the future. I threw away my food and filed a complaint with Lieferando.
