Worst “Dürüm” of my life. After rolling it up, the good piece spent about 1.5 hours in the oven, so that the food colyte crumbled into dust when I first touched it on my palate. Regardless, the meat and sauce weren't tasty and the watery vegetables weren't an enrichment either. I was so shocked by this experience that I had to ask the kebab seller about it. He was friendly and offered to make me a new one (hence 2 stars). Since I had already eaten half of it and no longer had any appetite, I declined. He rejected my suggestions for improvement, pointing out that it was supposed to be that way.
