Just disappointing. The staff was completely overwhelmed and unfriendly - the older gentleman at the grill in particular behaved extremely derogatory and rude towards us. When we asked for white sauce to be put on our kebab pizza, he became annoyed, swore and lectured us about how such a thing "doesn't belong" (even though we know otherwise). No trace of customer friendliness. Instead of a polite response, we were defiantly handed the pizza. Additionally, the price suddenly changed from €22 to €25 just because there was some sauce on it - completely unacceptable. As if that wasn't enough, we generally didn't feel welcome in the store. And after the mediocre pizza, we both had stomach problems. Conclusion: Once and never again!

Ordered a Dürüm. “A bit spicy?” "Yes gladly". At home, bitten off twice, mouth burned, lips burned, stomach hurt, circulatory problems. Personally, I eat really spicy food. What is normally put on it in the store is more of a decoration for me. But this here and now bordered on bodily harm! My husband tried ONE piece of meat and ran out of the room panting - then ate half a kg of yoghurt and had to throw away the kebab. I find it not only a shame but also dangerous...
