We made reservations for 14 people on December 26th, 2024 and were ultimately sent home. When we made our reservation, no one mentioned anything about vouchers. My grandma called again 3 days in advance to ask if there were still places available, which was answered in the negative. But not a word was said about vouchers on the second phone call either!
