I'm not sure if the chef/cook has changed. In any case, it tastes different. Unfortunately it used to be better. The dish that I eat again and again tasted rather "boring" or "ordinary" today. It used to be tastier. Plus, everything has become more expensive. You now have to budget over €30 per person for dinner.
