I was happy to order from there... Consistent quality. Delivery was always within the specified time frame. Incorrect! I have to take away stars again. Recently I had to wait for 2 (two!) hours. Despite several calls from me. Unfortunately there was no information from SFY, just fantasy delivery times. The second to last one was also overtime. Too bad. I'm going to test a competitor now.
