Can’t call and order my food because a staff member put their personal number instead of the company restaurants number, how am I supposed to order now?

I just ordered food for myself and my girlfriend. After about 2 hours I called and they said the driver should be there soon. After 20 minutes the food arrived. I won't order there anymore
