We were with you for the first time yesterday because you advertised the broadcast of the Arminia game on Instagram and on your board. We were there for the first time at 3:30 p.m. and everything was still dark. Google says you open at 4 p.m., Instagram at 5 p.m. There was a brief moment of uncertainty as to whether it was worth the wait or whether you wouldn't show the game after all. At 4 p.m. there were about half a dozen waiting fans in front of the bar when it finally opened. Then, in my opinion, the very unfriendly and harsh "table allocation" takes place with the quote of the evening "I still have to keep tables free in case other guests come, the kitchen opens at 5 p.m." In German: There could still be restaurant visitors who leave more money per table because they come to eat. There was plenty of space - it just wasn't allowed to be used, so some fans simply left. The television was then switched on so quietly that we had to ask twice whether the whole thing could be turned up louder. The waiter was stressed - which is okay, after all it was full - but he was also unfriendly and condescending. 30 seconds after the game, 2 of the 3 televisions were also switched off, presumably to switch from "pub" back to "restaurant". Yesterday, all in all, we had the feeling of being the “lower people” of the evening. After all, you are occupying the valuable seats to drink beer and not to eat it and then you also want to listen to the television - what a disgrace. Don't get me wrong, but we were wondering why you advertise by broadcasting football if you don't care about football fans. Nobody is forcing you to do this, even if I don't understand it, because you seem to be passionate Arminians yourself. Maybe think again about whether you want to enjoy 2 hours of full catering and profit from the sale of drinks, or whether you would rather send the fans away because you want to save space for the “better guests”. If you decide to be a football fan, then I would personally like to see a more hospitable atmosphere. (And maybe opens an hour earlier before a game) We thought it was "okay" with you, but we said straight after the game that we wouldn't be coming back given this uninviting atmosphere. The final drink and food was served somewhere else...
