The chef likes salt. You could clearly taste that. When this was pointed out, people were dismissed with the argument that it wasn't too salty. A concession in some form? None. What I mean to say is that you weren't taken seriously as a visitor/customer. True to the motto, you won't see them again anyway. It's a shame actually.
