Simply brilliant...came in today after the dog walk without any expectations. Met friends and ate one of the best rump steaks ever 😎 Simply a great place with a very friendly innkeeper and a great view of the pitch.

A real insider tip! The food is not only incredibly delicious, but also impresses with its top quality and freshness. I particularly like the changing menu, which offers seasonal variety and never gets boring. Each dish is individually prepared with great attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food! I come regularly and am always impressed.

We ate there in a larger group on March 15, 2025. The restaurant is set back next to a residential area and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is comfortably furnished, although a bit sober in parts. The problem, however, was that it was far too cold. Many guests still had their (winter) jackets on when they ate (!), unless they had a thick sweater with them. The dining room was cold, the toilets were ice cold (outside temperature), and there were no paper towels there. These were not replenished even after a corresponding complaint. Turning up the heating after the guests were already there when the temperature outside was a little above zero didn't help much. The food came very late after about 35-40 minutes. It was good, but not outstanding. The prices are (for that) rather high. The service was very friendly and active, the lady kept coming to the table on her own initiative. Payment is only made in cash directly at the checkout. There you will also receive a receipt that everything will be booked correctly. We may come back in the summer and try out the outdoor spaces.

The staff was very friendly, the food was very good, the packaging (I ordered to take away) unfortunately made the crispy duck a bit mushy, but the taste wasn't affected, personally the sauce was a bit too little for me, but there was a large quantity of fried noodles, I'll be happy to come back...

And when I ordered for the first time, my doorbell rang again two days later with the (probably) same order, even though I definitely hadn't ordered anything new. You won't find a more sweet and tasteless Italian salad. It tastes old (like old bananas), huge chunks of iceberg lettuce, a slice of turkey ham (4 slices), pizza cheese, tomato (4 slices), 4 cucumber slices, and 4 olives. 👀👀 The salad dressing tastes like nothing, like nothing at all. Not bad, but not good either. 🙃
