Again, fantastically delicious food. 10 out of 10 points‼️‼️
Friendly and quick service. Everything is fine until next time. Greetings from Düsseldorf
Hello everyone, this was the third time we were here with my parents for a long weekend. Absolute enthusiasm every time! The negative reviews are incomprehensible to me. The team, which has been employed for many years, is always TOP and on the ball. The operators have been trying to maintain the standard for years, even with rising food prices, which is really difficult these days - > that has my absolute respect. Whether it's the menu selection in the evening or the lovingly prepared buffet in the morning - everything is great and really well thought out. Accompanied with a lot of love by the team. We are happy to come back out of conviction.
Was there spontaneously with my daughter. Got a table straight away. The owners and staff very friendly. We never had to wait. People always asked if everything was OK. The medium-rare beef fillet was to die for. The pork medallions were great. The Primitivo was tasty! Atmosphere was great and super cozy. Unfortunately we're not from here and were only here for one night, otherwise we would have our favorite restaurant! Everything was great! Thank you!!
The ice cellar is important for human history. Ice cellars, in some regions also above-ground ice houses, were used to store and stock ice. In the initial historical phase of natural ice, later also of natural ice depending on the use of ice machines. In the present case, it can be assumed that the ice cellar was used by the farmer Anton Hollefeld between 1872 and 1908 in accordance with the building application. Whether bottom-fermented beer was cooled here or whether beer was only stored cool so that it would not "tip over" remains to be researched. There are scientific reasons for the preservation of the ice cellar.
This is because this ice cellar is of particular documentary importance for the construction task: building ice cellars.
In Münsterland only two systems of this type can currently be named:
1. The ice cellar system of the former Beuing brewery in Altenberge from 1890 ff. and
2. The ice cellar system of the Schrulle brewery in Beckum from 1865 ff.
There are currently no other ice cellars known in this region.
Ah, the Kloppenborg – a place where the chef shines as a culinary virtuoso, while his staff apparently performs their own comedy show. On my last visit, I had to wait a whopping 1.5 hours for my food because the chef wasn't there. The waiter, a true master of motivation, complained loudly about the supposedly incompetent kitchen – even though he couldn't even handle our drinks properly. Once a highlight, today it's more of a place for unintentional comedy. What a shame.
This is my second time ordering from this restaurant via Lieferando, and unfortunately, my last. I was already disappointed with the first order: The Wiener Schnitzel was dry and the portion was rather small for the price. I accepted it at the time, but the second order was truly disappointing.
The two of us ordered for over 60 euros and were truly disappointed. The portions were incredibly small. The rice seemed like a single tablespoon, and the crowning glory was the appetizer: "Stuffed mushrooms with minced meat and baked cheese" for 10 euros – but we got exactly two (!) small mushrooms. That's just outrageous.
The food was also disappointing in terms of taste. The meat was dry again, the sauces were rather bland, and overall, just not right. For this price, you really expect something much better, both in terms of quality and quantity. The value for money is completely out of this world. We will definitely not order from there again.
The food in general tastes good. Unfortunately, the kebab meat on the kebab plate wasn't completely cooked through.
Sometimes you have to wait quite a long time for deliveries (up to 1.5 hours) and sometimes you get the wrong pizzas or incorrect deliveries in general.
The last pizza from here was black on the bottom so I had to throw it in the trash can. Money gone, pizza gone...
Of course this can happen on days when there are a lot of orders, no question about it, but it shouldn't happen.
Otherwise, I was always very satisfied with Detten's pizzeria. For me, Dettenspizzeria was the best pizzeria in Emsdetten.
By the way... The spaghetti with cream sauce that I once ordered here tasted as if cream had simply been poured over the noodles... purely tasteless...
Hopefully this review will make you think and the local pizzeria will be as good as it used to be!
Every order is incorrect, and information about not being able to tolerate tzatziki is simply ignored and you still get a kebab with tzatziki even though you said please do without because the person cannot tolerate tzatziki
