Can't quite understand the positive reviews. Bought 2 subs on Friday evening. The store was quite full and we had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. Admittedly, it was about an hour before closing time, but a lot of things were already empty (bread, sauces, side dishes) and nothing was being refilled. Unfortunately, the preparation no longer has anything to do with FAST food and the employees' concentration dropped significantly, so I had to repeat everything several times. The two young men are nice and friendly, but I found the service to be rather poor. There are also some places and corners in the store that need urgent cleaning. The “menus” are also very confusing and written in small letters. There are advertisements on the tables for subs that are not even offered in the branch. All in all, I was full but not particularly satisfied...
