Service employee very unfriendly and unprofessional, despite a large order, she tells me in a very unfriendly and annoyed manner that next time I should tell her right from the start what I want to order so that she only has to toast it once. She ends up charging extra for the dips that were initially supposed to be included. Questions seem absolutely unwelcome. A piece of chicken falls next to the sandwich, but is put back on again (see CCTV!). Chicken bites, lattice potatoes are not baked through, sandwich is too dry. The employee in question goes outside the door twice during my 30-minute stay to smoke. Washing your hands afterwards is not an option! My 6-year-old daughter gets dessert; But here's some praise: My daughter is served in a friendly and child-friendly manner. Like that! Otherwise, in my opinion, the service concept should be reconsidered, and in particular - at least in isolated cases - employee training should be carried out. It remains to be seen whether HQ in Cologne is interested in a single post. Just a few years ago, I enjoyed having a quick meal here every now and then, but I was used to a completely different service experience than what I have to experience today.
