I just got this order via UberEats, less than the minimum, bread rock hard and old, and the vegetables really bad. Really a joke

The store has truly become a disaster. Constantly changing employees, some of whom only speak German or not at all. Bought a sub there for the last time today because you had to point everything out to the employee and he still wanted to prove everything wrong. If I hadn't been careful, I would have gotten something completely wrong. Even after repeated hints, he put the wrong sauces on it. After I explained my problem to him, he was completely indifferent. He insisted that it stay that way from now on and then became slightly snotty. There was no goodwill either and I ended up having to pay the full price for something I didn't order. He also discussed that I had said it that way. So that wasn't the case because I've been ordering the same thing for years. It's really sad what happened to the store.
