an idyll in the countryside - above Alfter - beautiful destination for a bike tour - usually open on Saturdays and Sundays. Always check online for opening times, as they are also closed. societies are possible.

I drank a few beers here on Carnival Tuesday after the train. It was really a great atmosphere!!

My mother and I have been there twice now and can't say anything negative. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food was very tasty and not too expensive, we had bratwurst with mushroom cream sauce and fries. The atmosphere is also very nice, great beer garden in the green, with a view of a horse pasture, we didn't find the main road to be annoying. From there you can also go for a nice walk in the forest. and our boston terrier was also welcome :) we would love to come back.
