Authentic homemade spaetzle with hearty, full-flavored mountain cheese, served with fried onions (not the convenience store-bought Hamberger!), but real, large fried onions. Served with a generous mixed salad with a delicious yogurt dressing. Big breweries could learn a thing or two from Croatians – delicious, and at a fair price!
