"Yes, actually for 40 minutes." The waiter then said something about having to be patient today and that the waiting time at the ice cream parlor across the street was even longer. Wrong answer! (I'm sorry, we have a staff shortage, it's busy today, but the drink is on the house, etc., would have been more appropriate) Waiter joked a bit to himself, then go somewhere else, turned away, left and just left me sitting. I am an extremely patient person who rarely says anything. But when I see that tables are emptying and then being cleared away quite comfortably, other guests who came after me were served and I wasn't, something is going very wrong in the organization of the restaurant, then a subtle hint from the flower has to be tolerated. And the beer garden was no longer packed at that time, and there also seemed to be enough waitresses on site. Therefore, Memories is no longer recommended. My request to the management: training employees in the organization, communication and conflict resolution. Very unfortunate! This is how you lose regular customers.
