I was able to visit this restaurant for the first time as part of a Christmas party. To be honest, it was an all-round successful evening and a great culinary experience. The price level is certainly a little higher, but appropriate for the quality. It is not without reason that the restaurant has been listed in the Gault Millau for years. As a starter I had the Tuna Tatar, which was served nicely chilled and tasted impressive with some coriander. It could have used a little more wasabi but that's just a matter of taste. For the main course I enjoyed a very good goose breast, which was traditionally served with a soft potato dumpling, red cabbage, a baked apple and a very good sauce. For dessert there was a classic Crêpe Suzette with vanilla ice cream and dressed orange wedges. The only downside was that the order took a little longer to be served, but I would like to bear in mind that the restaurant was completely booked, and dishes that are freshly prepared take time, but you also get the quality that you pay for and then certainly expected. It's difficult to always achieve a balance here so that everyone can always be completely satisfied. Thanks to the team
