The store is well stocked, has everything you need, but no one came to help me at the self-service when I needed help (because I marked a product twice and waited 10 minutes before leaving). I'm disappointed.

Hello, we have just received the food we ordered, we are shocked. Instead of Jägerschnitzel with fries and coleslaw, there was vormfleisch with a dash of Jäger sauce and almost 20 fries…. The side salad wasn't even thought of, it was simply missing. After a call we were told today wasn't a schnitzel day and he didn't have any schnitzel. Hello, you can call and let us know. But this didn't happen. At first we were told we would get a new delivery. 5 minutes later we got a call from a not very nice gentleman saying he would give us our money back. I have no idea when, but there is a lot going on during the evening... I was speechless. Unfortunately I can't post a photo of the food disaster here, for whatever reason! We have always ordered regularly, but we won't be doing that there anymore! You have lost us as customers!!!!

We ordered there today 2x Lamacun and 1x pirata special. The former was more or less OK, warmed up and sauce on it, ready, hence one star. The pirata special is a disgrace. A margarita with 5 noodles and 2 minced crumbs, without spices. Tastes like cardboard and was thrown in the trash after 2 bites. I tried to solve the problem on the phone and the good man didn't know what I wanted. Once and never again.

Well, a few years ago the snack bar was really good and clean, but now everything in the restaurant/snack bar is still oily and greasy. I had to use the toilet there once, and I won't do that again. If the cook goes away, has a smoke or goes to the toilet or is at the back of the warehouse and back at the front then people don't wash their hands. I find using a cloth for hands and surfaces to clean and for everything else very questionable from a hygienic point of view. Everything smells like old grease. So I'm really happy that I haven't had any food poisoning or anything like that yet. Sorry, but 2 stars are still well-intentioned.

Good kebab, friendly staff. The price/performance ratio is OK. The shop offers some seating. Parking is difficult, though.

Nicely occupied, but ordered 3x 28cm and got 3x 14% less area (circle radius 26cm instead of 28cm). Therefore deductions.

Wir haben früher (vor Jahren) dort immer bestellt essen kam schnell an super lecker und warm Preis war auch gut Und jetzt irgendwie entweder fehlt eine Bestellung, oder es kommt die falsche und über die Preise brauchen wir garnicht mehr reden leider auch die Bedienung am Telefon irgendwie jedes Mal total genervt

Very bad fried sweet and sour duck. Duck totally with fat, not crispy and the sauce like water. Not recommended. 1 x and never again.
