Unfortunately, my experience with Pizza Ess-Night was very bad. I ordered food and to my surprise the delivery person called me and said in an arrogant tone that I had to come down to the street to pick up the order because he wasn't coming up. To make matters worse, he just hung up before I could even say anything. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. The strange thing is that I usually have no problem going down on my own and I always tip. But this disrespectful attitude was completely unacceptable. The delivery man in the red car, 12/21/24 at 7 p.m., treats his customers in a disrespectful way - the very people who bring money to his company and, at the end of the day, the money for his wages. In addition, the delivery person did not confirm the delivery of my order via the Liferando app, so I couldn't leave a bad review there. Actually, it was better that way because more people can now see my review here on Google Maps. My experience was negative in almost all aspects: poor customer service, disrespectful behavior from the delivery person and on top of that the cheeseburger was disappointing. I was expecting a better experience but unfortunately I can't recommend this place. This review is not intended to provoke anyone. Unfortunately I can't recommend it under any circumstances! Very non-transparent price list for a rather average pizza and therefore a no-go because we as customers felt ripped off. We always ordered pizzas here because we live very close. After ordering today we will avoid the pizzeria. Pizzas taste OK, but not appropriate for the price. But what is not okay: Without any communication of price changes (e.g. on Google Maps) we were charged over €45 for a family pizza because, according to the statement, “the prices have changed” and are now “charged per ingredient”. That's why, for example, a Pizza Capricciosa can quickly add up to such sums. When we saw the bill we were shocked as we had previously paid between €20 and €30 per family pizza.

Rude driver, argues with me on the phone, he's called a few times and he's been waiting forever, even though the call was 2 minutes ago, just unprofessional. Pizza and chicken also tasted bad. Will never order there again.
