Pizza was ok. but what's with the strange plastic spacer in the middle??? No other pizzeria thinks something like this is necessary and, in our unanimous opinion, it is completely unnecessary. Have you ever heard of the flood of plastic waste on our mother earth???

I've been eating very well for years and have often overlooked it when something was missing. Changing dishes using the comment function also always worked. But over the last six months the service has become very poor. It's about making a pasta dish vegetarian. Instead of cream sauce with mushrooms and ham, only with mushrooms. Shouldn't be too difficult. And as already mentioned, this has worked very well for years. When the dish was wrong for the third time and I had to call again, I was of course offered a new dish. I had to pick it up myself but it took a 5 minute drive. I then objectively expressed my criticism in the store. But the boss or owner didn’t really care. With a grin and a constant “Yes Yes” they wanted to throw me out. All I heard was that the comment function in the kitchen isn't read anyway. Then I asked: “Then why does it exist?” The answer was: “It will be abolished anyway.” Sorry, but that doesn't work. Being treated like this as a long-time customer or as a customer in general is not very professional. I'll never order here again.
