Ordered bulgur, paid with Paypal. Five minutes later I got a call saying bulgur wasn't available and it was taking too long to ask if rice was also available. No, I wanted bulgur. If I had wanted rice, I would have ordered rice. Cancellation is not possible because it has already been paid. Isn't that a joke? Very customer friendly...
