The Neapolitan pizza speaks for itself. I'm a big fan of the generous amount of tomato sauce used and I like that the pizza isn't just made of cheese, leaving room for the other ingredients to taste intensely. The best thing, however, is the airy dough, which you can only achieve at home with a lot of effort. Excellent pizza, the best in Osnabrück and also the best I've ever had.

The pizzas are well made and taste good. The delivery service is no good, we waited a long time. It is better to hire Uber drivers or Lieferando or other drivers instead of your own employees. Service is bad. The dip wasn't delivered to us, at first the delivery driver said he would come by again, then never came. When we called we made it very clear that we were angry and wanted our money back for the dips. The dips are not 50 cent products but cost €1.90 and twice I don't pay €4 for nothing. It's sad that Pizza Max has deteriorated so much when it comes to service, in the past something was forgotten and a quick solution used to be made, which you could rely on, but not anymore. Pizza to pick up or have delivered. With that special something, I don't know whether it's the dough or the seasoning after the pizza is baked or the friendly owner, I've been coming for years and will stay as long as Firenze exists. Everything is becoming more expensive, including pizza from your favorite supplier. If you want to do something about it in the long term, call and order there directly, the ordering apps cost the customer a lot of money but the operator costs a lot of money... so call, order, pick up or have it delivered and provide support for the small local pizza shops, the classic way and without an app is always the best!

On site you are forced to order 0.33l cans for €2.50; for delivery and take-away you can take a 1.25l for €3.90. I think it's kind of cheeky that you have to pay twice as much for drinks if you eat there. The food itself is absolutely average and nothing special. I won't eat here again.

We ordered 2 Ring of Fire and a chicken wrap there yesterday. The chicken wrap was a complete disaster and there was hardly any filling inside and it was burnt on the outside. After we called and wanted to return it, it was discussed that the wrap was okay. At some point an employee said that it would be returned. A few minutes later an employee called again and said that it couldn't be canceled. We didn't touch it and said that it could be taken back with us. The Ring of Fire tasted good.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever seen in my life. Not recommended at all. These cold beans should cost 12 euros!
