Unfortunately, this is the second time we have been very disappointed with this delivery service. We have currently waited 2.5 hours for the food. The food was no longer hot, nor warm. As a result, the fries were limp and no longer crispy, and the baguette was also no longer edible. This means that around 80% of the order was no longer suitable for eating. There are still two stars because, firstly, the food arrived and secondly, they were understanding and gave us a discount on our order.
