Not recommended. Ordered pizza here twice: 1st time almost an hour late, pizza was good. 2nd time: Order rejected. Despite pre-ordering, I've never had 4 pizzas.

For me, the best pizza in Offenbach. I live nearby, so I always order and collect my order in person and I have never had any problems with exchanges. The pizza is very tasty, I and my friends like it. I highly recommend. 👌❤️

We ordered today on November 15th at around 8:00 p.m. (We order often and have NEVER had any problems) but now we won't order again. Our order arrived incorrectly or partially. Schnitzel & fries were missing and instead of a party pizza we received a maxi pizza. We gave the maxi pizza directly to the driver. We then called and the young man said that he would send us a party pizza but that we also had to pay for it even though we had already paid the maximum pizza of €28.50. At some point the party pizza that we had ordered arrived, but the schnitzel was missing again. So we had to call again and the guy on the phone said we should come and pick it up ourselves since we only lived a few minutes away. We ordered a goganzola schnitzel and he understood that he should put gorgonzola sauce in my onion schnitzel? What kind of statement is this? The gentleman also hung up on the phone several times and was simply disrespectful. I ordered an Italian salad and received 10 slices of tomatoes plus 7 balls of mini mozzarella. We also mentioned this to him on the phone and he said; If we have so many “problems” we should come over and complain to the kitchen personally. Where can you find something like that? Due to this action you lost 6 customers today. What kind of people work there?
