Just ordered food for delivery. Order received at 6:26 p.m., time: immediately. Delivery arrived at 7:46 p.m. When asked why it took so long (1km away) I received a blunt, accusatory, unfriendly “no time was given”. Unfortunately, payment was made in advance via Paypal otherwise I would have sent the food back to the gentleman. Customer service 0 points.

Error on homepage with the minimum order price. It wasn't reported to me or taken into account, but I was accused of cheating there. Only after repeatedly clicking the selection and becoming a 2nd one and then back to your own did it show me the minimum order value. Instead of asking if I would like to order something else to reach them, I was accused of cheating there. I was able to reproduce this with multiple systems and browsers, so clearly a homepage error. The operator has no insight and continues to believe that the bad customer did something here. For me this delivery service is dead.

Pizza and pasta very good. Unfortunately duck is not fresh. Very dry, black and crumbly
