I ordered there twice within a week. The first time I canceled after almost 2 hours, but before that I called twice - once after an hour: I was told that the driver was already on the way (max. 10 minutes by car anyway. And at 8 p.m. there is really no traffic here). Another hour or so later I called again and said I wanted to cancel the delivery. The employee was “trying hard” and said that it was really busy and that kitchen staff were already delivering. Why do you continue to accept orders? The second time (a Sunday): Delivery came after 30 minutes, great. The food wasn't right, but ok, it can happen, I thought. BUT the food just smelled “weird” somehow, I convinced myself that I would include that and it would be fine. Well my son vomited and has a stomach ache, and I'm super sick too! This is not normal! And then pay money for it?! I wonder how and to what extent they are controlled (always announced when)… I don't know where to order food in Rosenheim anymore! Eigl.
