If there was an option - not to give any stars, I wouldn't give a single star here. I think charging so much money for burgers like this is very outrageous. Absolutely dry without sauce and small/taste wise other fast food chains are a lot better. I don't even want to talk about the supposed Thai food because there are at most 3 pieces of chicken and an artificial taste. When I asked for an invoice as proof of my documents, nothing has been received to date. Also the request that someone contact me - even after numerous calls / no response. I absolutely do not recommend this food delivery company.

I ordered from a restaurant called New York via Lieferando. Two hours later the food still wasn't there. I didn't get any feedback. If you call, it rings and you get no answer. I tried it three times. Since I only live five minutes away, I drove there. Lo and behold, New York is Prima Pizza. When I asked if this was the same store, the owner responded with a nod. When I asked where my food was, I got a shrug of the shoulders and a "Sorry, a lot of work." I then said that it's fine if there is feedback or other feedback, or maybe you answer the phone. Then I got another “sorry” and he went back to his business and left me there. At least my order was already on its way to me. The pasta doesn't taste particularly good and the pizza is oversalted and was cold despite waiting two hours. I got home before the driver. The driver confirmed to me that he had only received the food 10 minutes before. Now you just have to understand why this store can be found again on Lieferando under a different name, or why it is represented twice. Looking at the reviews here I could make some assumptions. I am dissatisfied with the owner's response to my visit. I'll never order here again. At the same time, Prima Pizza taught me that the same suppliers can be represented on Lieferando under different names.

Interesting shop, but the necessary friendliness is lacking. It's a shame actually, we were starving, had already stood inside and still left the store without ordering. A minute further towards the train station on the left we found what we were looking for and were happy in a friendly Turkish snack bar.
