It may be that the driver screwed up, but our 30 euros are gone and we have nothing to eat! Then as a restaurant you just have to offer something and the money has finally arrived there!!! Edit: After calling again, we were offered a solution: We received the food at 10 p.m. with an additional mini pizza and at the same time the order in Lieferando was canceled so we got the food for free. Thank you for that! ☺️ Unfortunately, the food was no longer fresh. To avoid such situations, according to the contact person on the phone, you should not order via Lieferando, but rather call them directly.
