Die besten Restaurants mit Pizza lieferdienst Essen in Schopfheim

My husband and I have been regular customers of yours for many years and have always enjoyed ordering from you. Unfortunately, for some reason you have slacked off a lot, sorry but unfortunately that is the case. Food often doesn't arrive as ordered. Once after eating gratinated noodle Alfredo I threw up half the night, then recently had rice and Hawaiian pan, also hung on the toilet all night and threw up...it was the chicken or the cheese, I don't know. My husband actually never wanted to order from you again, but I gave you a chance again and again. Ordered 2 weeks ago, pizza came without the sauce we ordered, driver cheekily said if we would like the money back, sure, or are you paying for something you didn't get? Something like that should go without saying, you don't have to ask cheekily. Today on May 10th Ordered again via Lieferando, as almost always tuna pizza without onions, with mild pepperoni. I wrote it down in the note for the restaurant, please without onions. I got pizza with onions and hot peppers. I didn't want to complain because we were hungry and had already waited 1.75 hours for the delivery, so how long could I have waited for the new delivery? I asked my husband to call but he said it wouldn't help, so I'm writing now and describing the situation. I don't know what your problem is that you have slacked off so much, is it the staff who can hardly understand or read German, is the problem and the exact transmission of the order at Lieferando? As you know, we've always enjoyed ordering from you very often, but lately it's really not been fun anymore. My husband doesn't really want to anymore, but I still don't really want to give up on you. Addendum: Thank you for the very quick response and for the refund of the pizza. As I said, I don't know where your problem lies, whether it's the staff or Lieferando, but I'm not giving up on you yet and I still have hope that you'll get it fixed again and be as good as you used to be. One star is also too much. The boss personally answered the call. Delivery time 45 min. Aha. After 75 min. Pizza arrived, supposedly wrong address. Pizza cold!!!! And then they ask themselves why!!!!!! But it doesn't matter, once was too much. I personally can't recommend it
