There was a hair in my dish - which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. In addition, the order was served incorrectly and the dish did not correspond to what was actually ordered. What was particularly unpleasant was that *after my meal was served I was suddenly informed* that the rest of the order was *only available to take away*. This meant that I could eat my food on site while my son watched - a very awkward and inappropriate situation. For the price quoted, I would have expected significantly more care, hygiene and customer service. It's a shame - something like this shouldn't happen in the catering industry. I really hope that this criticism is taken seriously.
