We've been going to "Fischmann" for years, even at its old location. We were last there yesterday. I am always satisfied, although we usually order the hamsi (anchovies) with salad and fries. The fish soup is my secret star :-). However, what has also happened is that my wife tolerated the food less well. I can't judge at this point whether this is due to poor preparation or poor quality. That's why only 4 out of 5 stars at this point. I read in other reviews that many complain about TK Ware. A thought on this: TK is still fresh, what do you actually expect to get with a reasonable price-performance ratio???? Up-to-date and freshly caught???? So please leave the church in the village. EVERY catering business works with TK, without exception. At Fischmann you can get solid, good fish dishes at a normal price. Not too expensive, not cheap. And if you think you can do better, you can smoke the place yourself or simply go to where you can find the star-rated cuisine you want.
